Bosch 500 disappointing experience

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I initially chose the Bosch 500 Series refrigerator based on its sleek design and solid brand reputation. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Within weeks of use, the water dispenser began leaking intermittently, creating puddles beneath the fridge. This ultimately led to water damage on my laminate flooring, which is both frustrating and costly to repair. Also the drawers are very cheap and easily breakable. Very compact space inside entire fridge. Ice maker on top left takes up too much room as well as the filter on top right. I contacted Best Buy’s return department to report the issue. Thankfully, they were responsive and allowed me to exchange the unit. I opted for a Samsung Bespoke Counter depth 4-Door French door refrigerator instead, which not only has more versatile storage but also cost me $500 less than the Bosch. While I appreciate Best Buy’s support in resolving the situation, I’m very disappointed with Bosch for the design flaw or quality control lapse that led to this problem. I would not recommend the Bosch 500 Series fridge—especially if you have laminate or hardwood floors. It’s not worth the risk.

Don't buy

Bosch Fridge doors have marks on them after the protective plastic is removed. Ice makers don't work, lucky if you get a dozen cubes in a week. Water dispenser drips. It was returned, 4th TIME!!!!!
