Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice Machine, dishes come out very clean, the only downfall is that beads of water are on the back wall due to not having a heating element. I did not like the idea of having to vent during the drying process but I have gotten used to it. I believe all the newer Bosch have this issue. My old one did not.

Hate the bottom rack

You can't put as many things in it and it is very awkward. I used to fit so much more in my kitchen aid. I wish I realized this before I bought it. It's fine for just flat dishes but not anything else.
