doesn't seem to dry as well as i would like it to.

A little noisier than my previous dishwasher but does a good job.

I understand that this dishwasher was smaller and we were told we had to get one with a lower height, but the inside capacity is even smaller than we thought and a price not that much cheaper than the larger ones. Not a good value for the price paid.

Best dish washer on the market for the money spent.

As dishwashers strive to be energy efficient their ability to dry items (specifically plastic items) has reduced. You will likely find that your older dishwasher does a better job of drying than this unit.

Cleans ok but valve at the bottom doesn't release all water. Standing water stinks after a few days. Doesn't dry plastics all the way. Because of this, not sure worth the money.

I didn't realize this wouldn't dry dishes very well. It doesn't have a heating element so drying isn't like others. I have bought drying agent and that is supposed to help. Otherwise it is fine.

Thanks to a faulty installation we have lost our kitchen floor and basement closets (clothes, shoes, gaming area, board games and the list goes on!) We had to repair sunken countertops due to the floor caving! Ugh the list goes on! We went on vacation a few weeks after installation. Upon our return we were greeted by water puddles in the basement, hanging roofing material in the basement, mildew and complete damage to our carpet and hardwood flooring. After contacting a company to come in and resolve the issue the plumber identified that a poor installation of the dishwasher was the source of the problem. We had to replace our hardwood floors and carpeting in the basement. However, it seems that there is a bigger problem! Now that we are near the final stages of all the reconstruction the plumber says call the manufacturer there is a manufacture issue so we did and was told contact Best Buy ... the customer service is awful at our local Best Buy! Spent a long time waiting for a real person the other day but no luck! Let’s hope that someone calls us back! We need to have our kitchen back!!

Great quiet dishwasher.....love how it loads and uses very little water..also, very easy to keep spotless

I’m sure it would’ve been great but when it showed up the box was visually damaged and the contents as well send it back and ordered a different brand and it worked out

Does not seem to dry inside. The inside of dish washer seems to always be wet. Was told to run several cycles for awhile. Hmmm! But it is very very quiet.

The problem we have with the dishwasher is that the space were you put the rinse solution does not work has not worked since we purchased it

Was not as good of a value as the GE- many features like fan drying not included- go with the GE

First thing first, DO NOT BUY THIS Bought this piece of Junk in March and well where to start... it ruined a lot of my snapwear , doesn’t dry even with the “additive” you must add, my silver wear is never clean, and well it’s not as quite as they advertise. If I could return this thing I would!! Figured it was a learning curve with a new dishwasher as my old one was over 10 year old. Even on EXTRA dry setting everything is still wet! Don’t buy this thing. Probably better off buying a 300 dollar unit. Yea I have geek squad, I need to call them to figure this garbage thing out. Once again DO NOT BUY THIS!!!

I bought this dishwasher for its reputation and quietness (which it is) but even with the extra drying cycle fishes are still wet. Came home from a week vacation and dishes that I washed before I left we’re still wet!

Buggy - have two of these and both needed repairs. NOT Durable.

We bought this because of it's high rating on BestBuy's ("BB") website and because it was supposed to be quiet. The advertisements said, "With its ultra-quiet operation this Bosch dishwasher won’t disrupt you, day or night." It's so loud that we have to close all our doors on the second floor at night time so we can sleep (the dishwasher is on the first floor). I recorded the noise it makes as high as 68 decibels. It averaged 55 Dbs. It also doesn't dry the dishes. We usually have to dry them with a towel once the cycle is done. I wish I had noticed this in the other reviews before buying. I tried exchanging but called 9 hours too late; 9am on the 16th day. Zero flexibility on BB's part. I'll take this into consideration next time I buy from them, if there ever is a next time. Buy a Kitchenaid. They're MUCH quieter.

The dishes NEVER get even remotely dry, even when set to extra dry, which adds about another half hour to the two hour washing. And then if the clean dishes aren't emptied within a few hours, the clean dishes smell like mildew or something terrible. A very poor dishwasher. I'm so disappointed and would have paid whatever to get a good dishwasher. Now I'm stuck with this lemon.

The condensing dry (not heated dry) does not work in my experience. I was told to start the dishwasher when I was going to bed and dishes would be dry in the morning. They were damp and clammy. Small amounts of peanut butter left on spreaders and knives were still there when I opened the dishwasher.
