By far the best dishwasher we have ever owned. Didn't think we would use the top rack as much as we do. Cleans great, drys great, and love the 60 min wash cycle which helps with for a family with small children. Very satisfied with the purchase, and is well worth the investment.

We love this dishwasher. It is extremely quiet compared to our old dishwasher. We find the third shelf very convenient. Plastic items seem to dry better as well.

We have never had a dishwasher that operates this quiet and we have had a few in our 50 years of marriage and traveling around having spent 30 years in the military. This is the best machine we have ever owned.

Holds lots of dishes and gets them clean and spotless. Runs so quiet that we can still enjoy a conversation or a TV show while it is running. Nice work Bosch!

If the light wasn’t on, I wouldn’t even know it was running. And, it definitely cleans anything I throw in it. I used to prewash my dishes because I didn’t trust my old dishwasher to fully clean them. Now I rinse & load. Only complaint is that dishes don’t always thoroughly dry, but it’s only an issue with deep(er) things, like standing water in spoons or cup lids. My mom has one, loves it. My boyfriend has one, loves it. Now I have one to love, too!

Originally ordered a GE. It was then discontinued. Best Buy offered the Bosch as a comparable item they did have in stock. The Bosch is extremely quiet, cleans your dishes well, BUT do not expect dry dishes. Had we known about the lack of heated drying we would have waited. So if you don’t mind having to towel water off of some dishes and wipe the moisture off the door then this machine may be good for you. Lack of heated drying is a Negative for my wife and I.

I have had Bosch as my dishwasher brand for over last 15 years. When I remodeled my entire house, my Bosch dishwasher was the only appliance I planned to keep. I had a change of heart after I realized everything else would be new. So out with the old and in with the new Bosch. It is quiet and with the recessed handle, it will go well with any appliance. I chose it to go with my Viking appliances and after reading several questionable reviews of Viking dishwashers, I stuck with what I know has always worked for me: Bosch!

This dishwasher is quiet! It has a height adjustable middle rack - raise it to allow large items on the bottom as well as lower it to fit plastics on middle rack so they don’t get heat damaged! I thought the adjustable top rack was a bit unnecessary, but I love it for cooking tools, small knives, plastic cutlery, as well as many small items - keeps small containers from flying around. The wash cycles are far longer than older washers, but it cleans everything I’ve put in it!

Took me a while to figure out, but dishwasher is quiet, washes well and I love the layout and the thin top rack for utensils and knives!

I have gone through a couple of dishwashers in my life...including the high end Miele and Kitchen Aid. This dishwasher is amazing and surpasses any others on the market. There is a reason why Bosch dominates the dishwashers market. It is insanely quiet and the wash quality is superior. The dishes leave this baby sparkling clean and 100% dry. Spend more and invest in this unit - you will be amazed. A total life-changer!

I moved from a house where I had a Bosch dishwasher into a new house with a different brand. It worked fine, but wasn't nearly as nice as the Bosch so I replaced it right away. The Bosch is very quiet and the racks are very thoughtfully laid out to handle all kinds of dishes and size glasses. The 3rd shelf really comes in handy for things that lie pretty flat and I can't imagine not having one. My last Bosch dishwasher never had an issue so I'm expecting the reliability of this one to be very good too, but of course time will tell.

This is a very quiet machine and it cleans well. I can get a lot into it in different configurations. I would prefer the drying of the dishes to be more effective.

I did a lot of research before buying this dishwasher. I know Bosch dishwashers always get very high ratings. But I was concerned about some of the reviews saying that they were not satisfied with the drying process. I find that not to be the case at all. Dishwasher does a wonderful job washing and drying the dishes and is extremely quiet. Plastic bowls probably don’t come out as dry as people have had them in previous dishwashers that have heating elements. But I am extremely happy with this Bosch purchase

Ensure that your air trap is not clogged and that the hose to your garbage disposal is not kinked, or else you will get errors. Otherwise, this dishwasher is so much quieter in comparison to my KitchenAid. It doesn’t melt my plastics either. It cleans the dirtiest of dishes. I feel like the dishwasher actually cleans better with eco-friendly powder detergent and eco-friendly finishing solution rather than the advertised mini detergent blocks.

This dishwasher replaces a many years old Frigidaire, which never really performed that well. It's a real pleasure to have a dishwasher that cleans beautifully -- the glasses and dishes actually sparkle. The convenience of the third rack at the top is terrific and I'm able to use that for many things like tongs and large cooking spoons. The dishwasher is set up very conveniently, and I can fit so much more into it for each load that I'm actually using the dishwasher less frequently, and thus saving electricity.

We mostly like this dishwasher. It is very quiet, has a lot of room, solid construction and parts, and we love the third rack. Everything comes out clean and dry, except for some glasses and coffee cups that have a cupped base... these retain water--but then I've never owned a dishwasher where this didn't happen. Only two things are a small nuisance, the reason I give 4 stars: first, the controls and display are hidden when the door is closed, so if the unit is running, you can't see how much longer the cycle will run. Second, we haven't figure out a good place to put a lot of bowls. We can get maybe five in what looks like the best spot (and the instructions suggest is). Maybe we just haven't looked at the problem in the right way. Small problems, and I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. But all in all, we'd buy this one again. And if the other reviews are right, Bosch builds more solid units than the brands we've had before.

Love my new super quiet dishwasher. The third rack is also handy for serving utensils. Dishes come out sparkling clean and racks hold many plates.

After replacing our previous Bosch (for reasons unrelated to performance) we’ve been pleasantly surprised to find it performs even better than the model of a few years earlier (which was good enough to return to this brand). Even quieter and more complete in cleaning, the new top shallow shelf for utensils and shapes not easily fit to baskets or slots is fabulous. All the spoons, stirrers and whisks and the like, are cleaned better than ever. Love it. Quiet enough to use while the company is still at table.
