Love this dishwasher! It is quiet and efficient. I especially like the feature that opens the door a bit, automatically when the wash/dry cycle is over, to reduce moisture in the machine. It also looks very sleek in the kitchen. We're still figuring out the third rack. The installers were also excellent. Make sure you get the junction box, which is required for installation.

Great dishwasher!! Better customer service!!!! Bosch dishwashers are simply the best out there. This one replaced our old Bosch dishwasher that was 15 years old. We had some issues with installation with our plumbing. Not a Best Buy issue, but they still gave us a discount for how long the process took. Very happy customer!!!

Does a great job of cleaning without a pre rinse and dishes come out very dry. My only critical comment is that it is smaller than my previous washer-even with the 3rd rack which is only good for silverware. There is also a silverware basket which takes up a lot of room but is basically useless. Still trying to get used to the rack(s) configuration. Very, very quiet.

So far, so good. It seems like a great dishwasher, and it is very quiet. The only issue I have with it is that you have to add a rinse agent or the machine will not go to the dry cycle. That isn't a big deal, but no one told us about it, so we had to call tech support to find out why our dishes were not getting dry.

Works great! Easy to use. Was surprised there is no heating element but steam dries!

Bosch dishwashers are inherently pricey, but we already see the value in what we purchased. Very quiet operation and the dishes and silverware are very lean after the cycle is complete.

Door opening after wash is a game changer! Utensil tray gets them much cleaner. Worth the money!

Good machine, does what it promises to do. We'll see if it is durable. But it didn't come with the more detailed manual and, when I requested it, they said they don't have a hard copy and sent it by email. That means that, when I wanted to change a control, I had to go to the trouble of copying the lengthy directions instead of being able to bring the manual to the dishwasher and make the changes more easily.

I haven’t gotten it out of the box yet. We have an older one at our old house and wanted this for our new home. It is quiet, reliable and efficient. The best feature is that Best Buy was able to get it! I had been working with other company (HD) who claimed to have it but kept postponing delivery. Best Buy had trouble finding it last spring, but there it was. Easy Peasey.

I'm very pleased with my bosch dishwasher. It took me a while to figure out how to start it but after that no problems. It's very quite, which i like and I like the extra silverware basket at the top and all the features to choose from for cleaning. I also like the red light on the floor to let you know it's running. Since it's so quite. My dishes come out cleaner now.
