Unit is very quiet and efficient. Although, unit is difficult to use without assistance of app that must be downloaded. No in depth user manual. Again, everything is supposed to be in app

Best on the market. Just replaced my old bosch with this new model. It's quiet, fast, and tells you when it's done. They're expensive but they last. The top shelf is a really nice addition.

The dishwasher works great and is very quiet. Unfortunately you can only use the delayed start option by using the App. The App is not very intuitive and looks more like a Bosch website rather than an app for an appliance.

I bought this to replace another Bosch dishwasher that we'd had for 20 years. Took a little time to get used to the newly designed controls and the Home app but once I'd read the relevant material it worked (and continues to work) as intended Dishes come out clean and sparkling

Bought the 500 initially and it did not dry well, stopped auto opening at the end of the cycle (which only marginally helped the drying) and continually had the middle rack handle falling off so I took advantage of the return policy and exchanged for the 800. It is fantastic. Don't hesitate to buy this

While moving back into my home after a flood , this machine was delivered the day I needed to use it to clean everything in my kitchen cabinets do to dust a quarter inch thick. It ran at lease 20 loads over 2 days and did an a job. So quiet u have to open it to make sure it’s running.

This is an improvement over my last Bosh. The feature where's it opens to let out the steam after the cycle ends greatlyl improves the drying. Also the washer has a place where the door can stay slightly open. This keeps the dirty dishes from smelling when they sit in the washer for a long time. LOVE the speed60 setting.

Purchase was great. Installation a problem. Installer not able to turn off water. Said only a plumber could do that. We ended up having to paying$375 to a plumber for what was included in the dishwasher purchase.

Nice dishwasher. Good thing for the light indicator that shines on the floor. Because you can't tell when the machine is running!

We didn't think we could afford a Bosch, but the free installation means this Bosch is only a tiny bit more, in total, than the other dishwasher brands that had lower sticker prices but didn't include installation (which was $268 more)--and those other dishwashers had much lower reviews. Bosch really is the best. Super powerful and quiet (almost silent), and love the stacking racks. Our old dishwasher broke down after 20+ years and flooded our kitchen. Hand-washing drove our water bill sky-high (dishwashers conserve so much more water than hand washing). But Best Buy made everything super easy with online purchase and installation scheduling. We put it on our Best Buy card with zero interest for 18 months. Can't beat it! We don't need the app for remote control, but it's there if you like that. Our installation guy was a top professional--I see other reviewers weren't fond of their installation service, so we got lucky there. LOVE this dishwasher! Soooo glad we went with Bosch.

Wanted new stainless steel appliances so got this one and it fits perfect and is quiet.

Excellent purchase! Very pleased with cleaning and drying performance. Had a dishwasher with silverware holder on the door and this dishwasher still has more room! Well worth the price for the quality. Now if it only lasts 20 years like my last one, I will be giving it 10 stars !

Great value! Bought at Lowe's but order kept getting delayed and it became backordered for weeks. I cancelled and bought at Best Buy because it has product in stock. Appointment scheduling process is easy and smooth. I will choose Best Buy again.

It’s great. Well thought of racks, lovely and very functional.

Doesn't do a great job cleaning. Cycles are long. No indicator light whether dishes are clean. No crystal/china cycle. Silver basket is comically small...bought a bigger one online. Not good value for the money. Liked our old KitchenAid much better, but it was 14 years old and on its last leg. Apparently, new KitchenAids aren't great either. Make sure you have the right plumbing setup before buying - we had to pay a plumber $1200.

It looks sleek and runs well, but it’s not easy loading and unloading .. It’s also very quiet and opens by itself when it’s done. The drying could be a little better.
