Today it started leaking with in months of use. It is under warranty but who has the time ti deal with that. A cheaper brand served me way longer. Also if you dont leave it open after it is run a cycle it will have a smell. Now I dont run it if I am not available to pryit open after it is done. In total I am so annoyed byit than pleased. Go for a different brand. When I saw a similar review ithough maybe one apple. It doesnt seem so.

We have two in our home and they lasted for 20 years with no repairs. Even though they are more expensive than the competition they are actually cheaper with longevity and very few repair costs.

Getting used to how to load everything I was used to loading in my (14 year) old one. Designs have changed a bit over the years. Not sure if it's me,the detergent,or the machine but my dishes don't seem to get as clean then in my old one,

But deliverer/installer charged $200 because he had to install a different hose, which I didn’t expect. Also came with only one silverware caddy while my previous one had two and I discovered this too late.

Suppose to be here at 7:30. Installed dishwasher and left. No one showed me how to run the dishwasher. I finally called in and talked to a service support and he was fabulous. I asked him about not being showed how to run the dishwasher, etc.

Auto open function is nice

Functions well and I like the auto-open feature but again, LG has it more finessed.

The handle on the middle drawer takes up to much space and does not provide much functionality. Also beware that you need an outlet for this to work.
