    This dishwasher doesn't even clean kool aid residue from a plastic kid's cup and the drying cycle leaves plates with water droplets. I was so excited to buy a higher performance dishwasher, and I would not recommend this dishwasher.

    I got it delivered yesterday, with a timeframe from 7 in the morning to 7 in the evening. It leaks, and the air dry fiction (which is the sole reason I bought this model) is not working. Not impressed.

    Not happy with my new dishwasher. It leaves a film on the dishes and I feel like they are dirty. I was excited to purchase a Bosch but I was much happier with my GE Profile machine.

    Absolutely terrible I’m not sure why it always continues to get good reviews, but it has a glitchy start system, and if the auto air doesn’t come on pop open, everything is soaking wet, it should dry decently without having to do the auto air which doesn’t always work return it asap

    Unfortunately Best Buy informed after waiting quite a long time, they didn’t have the Bosch 500 in Black in stock. I ended up ordering the 800 and we love it.

    Bad manufacturer warranty

    Broke after a year and 2 months. Manufacturer warranty is only good for 1 year. Going to have pay $180 just to have a tech visit and diagnose plus pay for parts and $20 for every 6 minutes of work. Will not be buying Bosch again.

    Very nice dishwasher, very quiet, 3rd rack great for silverware. Does a great job cleaning. The door pops open when the cycle is done and the dishes dry perfectly. Not really sure I should have spent the extra money on the 800 which had a few more bells and whistles. I’m happy with 500, I have an open kitchen, this dishwasher is quiet

    Why would they make the delay start feature only in the app? Just got this the other day and was extremely disappointed to learn one of the most important features is in the app only. Why should I have to connect a dishwasher to the internet and install an app, which will surely not be maintained for the next 15-20 years, in order to delay start the dishwasher? How much more would one extra button cost them?

    Cleans extremely well, relatively quiet machine. Lots of room and many options to load items. One star off because the auto air function does not pop the door open enough to help dry the dishes. It opens to slightly more than "ajar." Also, normal cycle is very long- 160 min. There is a one hour option, but nothing that I can find that is a happy medium. Overall, very satisfied!

    When all else fails, Bosch is the way to go

    Thank G-d for Bosch still having smaller (height wise) dishwashers that can fit the clearance of the space it had to go into. Not only does is quite perfectly fit the space that is shorter than standard dishwasher sizes, but it works beautifully well. Comes with sample packets to wash and do a deeper clean when you purchase it (to get a sense on how well that type of dish washing detergent sample you receive works). Its really quiet when it runs and does quite a masterful job cleaning the left over food/stains on our dishes. Very little left over water is found in the dishes after it runs as well. Highly recommend!

    Very dissatisfied. Bottom dish rack comes off the guide rails every time it’s pulled out to add dishes- every time! Also doesn’t properly dry all the glasses

    Very happy with this purchase! I actually watched the videos and used the recommended dish detergent and finishing rinse and it all worked exceptionally. It’s even connected to my phone to tell me when the cycle is done :-). Now if it would only unload itself! The top shelf for silverware is a nice change for me and it gets everything really clean. I love the door automatically opening at the end of some air drying. No spots, no dirt. Installation was a breeze! Armando and Jorge were great and very respectful. A great buy!
