This dishwasher is the best dishwasher we have ever owned. Quiet, does a great job at cleaning. I wish we bought one like it years ago.

We purchased this to replace a 10 year old model and it is great. Using the silverware tray at the very top allows additional room for dishes on the bottom Great delivery with very professional installers. Very good price and service at Best Buy!

It's very quiet and does a good job of cleaning. I'm having a little difficulty working with the rack design for optimin capacity and also adjusting to the flatware drawer.

This is my second BOSCH dishwasher. The 500 series strikes a great balance as a reliable dishwasher with all the necessary features to get the job done. It is a very quiet machine. While the one-hour cycle leaves dishes wet, the regular two-hour cycle completely dries them.

We've only had this for a few weeks but so far we are very pleased with it. We can fit a lot into it and it cleans really well - exactly what you'd expect of a dishwasher. Still trying to figure out the best configuration for loading, but we do like that the second rack can be moved up or down. Much better than our old dishwasher!

Love my new Bosh dishwasher. It’s quiet when running and the glasses shine after they are washed. Easy to load and the 3 rack for utensils is a big plus.

Very pleased with all the options. Cycles are quiet and does an exceptional job.

Cleans well and extremely quiet. Racks are frustrating and drying aid is a must. Hope we get more than 10 years out of it.

Quiet, works great... wasn't too sure about needing the Home Connect to my phone... but it actually works really well! But... do need to use this to access the drying functions for some odd reason.

Very quiet, love that there is a light the shines on the flor when the dishwasher is on. Also the app is great, lets you know when the cycle is done, when it needs to be cleaned, etc. Also has helpful things like recipes for dinners. I never think the dry cycle is very good on any dishwasher.

Washes fine. Love the look and fit. But drying is so so. Plastic is especially wet when cycle is done. Other dishes are still a little wet when done. It’s quiet enough but cheaper models from other manufacturers work at least as well.

I have always been someone who purchased the cheapest appliance. I finally bought one of the better ones and it is nice but I think I expected more. 3rd rack and adjustable 2nd rack are very nice. Only 1 silverware tray is annoying. Really for 1k I can't have a second silverware basket? Dishes come out spotless. They are mostly dry except for bottoms of cups. Door is stiff to operate and you have to remove the dishwasher to adjust the tension. Overall very nice I guess I just expected better.

We LOVE this new dishwasher! We had an Bosch 800 series before this. Was great… but really love the auto air feature on this 500 series one. Gets everything super dry… and everything is cleaned perfectly!

We replaced an existing 10+ year old Bosch Dishwasher with a new Bosch 500 series Dishwasher. The original Dishwasher I would give a 5 star review. In comparison, the new dishwasher is disappointing. First, it emanates a plastic smelling odor when in use. Second, it does not have a 30 minute speed cycle, as the previous unit. Third, it is slightly louder. Lastly, it appears it does not clean the dishes and utensils, as well.

Very good dishwasher. Cleans well and the drying feature is great. Runs super quietly.

I like the dishwasher it quiet and get things clean so learning how to use it.

Works great, quiet, efficient & I like the 3rd drawer. Little getting used to different style racks from our old one but didn’t take long to figure out how this one is more efficient.

I purchased this dishwasher for my son and daughter-in-law and they absolutely love it. They say it's quiet and leaves all the glasses sparkling clean - great buy!

This dishwasher cleans our dishes well just like our old Bosch. The third rack is nice for silverware. Door pops open nicely and the dishes are dry. It does pretty well with plastic. The touch pad buttons can be a bit quirky in my opinion but I'm getting used to them.

So far so good, 3rd row is nice, auto opening the door o help air dry is cool feature. Red light dot is nice feature
