The motherboard went bad, so the logical thing was not to repair it. Comparing the cost of the repair of an 8 year old dishwasher to buying a new one made more sense. The new one is working fine. Happy with my decision

We originally bought the 800 series and returned it because it got so hot it tarnished our silverware. This one does not. A negative is our experience with the associated app. We could not install it and the installer could not install it. The Geek squad came and they installed it. We called but the person on the phone could not help us.

And we do like the drying for the dishes at the end mostly dried. The different cycles are hard to understand. I need the videos to be to the point because i dont have a lot of time to watch a bunch of videos. Thank you for making our replacement dishwasher better. My mom said excellent service, the men were very professional and patient and kind.

Glassware remains spotty. Drain blocks requiring frequent cleaning of the filter. Not impressed with this brand name. There were always somethings to handwash!

It is also recommended to scrape off any excess food soil but not to rinse dishware so that you leave residues and sauces behind for better cleaning performance.
