Very light weight, working quite, bosch its bosch.

The dishwasher is quiet and does a good job cleaning. The racks adjust height for large pans, plates and there is an upper drawer for cooking utensils which don't fit well in most silverware storage bins.

super quiet, adjustable racks help with odd size items, This is my 3rd Bosch. #1 was fine till someone used the door as a foot stool and twisted the hinges so it would not seal. #2 is running fine but we moved, #3 is a 500 series vs 300s for 1&2. The house had a 20 yr old DW and we wanted out Bosch

Very nice dishwasher, no major issues yet. Best Buy was definitely the best price on sale with free delivery and installation. The delivery/ install persons did a great job and didn't take long. The dishwasher has all the features we want or need. I didn't install the App, don't need it. Maybe I'll try that option later.

We have been very pleased with our Bosch dishwasher. Far superior than the one it replaced. We had a very positive experience with the Outlet store. We needed to buy a couple of parts at the hardware store that probably would have been with it if it was new.

Attractive and cleans dishes thoroughly. It’s so quiet we can’t hear it at all. We like the small light that shines on the floor to indicate that it’s running.

We have gone through three dishwashers in fifteen years. Our four dishwasher we decided to purchase a Bosch. After researching the 300, 500 and eight hundred series we decided on the 500 series SHP65CM6N. The first unit was returned, the back edge was bent and did not hold the insulation in place. Also, the third shelf (top shelf) was damaged, the drawer slide was broken. This unit was not installed. The second unit arrived with no damages and was installed the same day. After a week of dish washing, this Bosch was not cleaning the casserole bowls. The ring left in the bowl from the casserole was not washed away. One plate in another wash cycle had reminisce of rice dried on it. After that wash the rice was all over the other dishes, the door panel and at the bottom of the dishwasher. At this point we would like to return the Bosch dishwasher. Best Buy will not take the unit back until service techs stop out and try to resolve the issues we are experiencing.

Love everything about this dishwasher. It’s quiet, easy to load, and the door opens at the end of the cycle to keep it from getting moldy.

Great job cleaning, very quiet. I have not figured out how to. Optimize drying but only used a few times so far.

Received. No visible damage and dry on the outside and packaging, but the inside was wet. Why, and is this normal?

Perfect fit and very little noise for this money saving dishwasher

So far so good! Love how quiet and well organized this dishwasher is. The extra rack at the top it great so that I can organize all my silverware. It was also a fairly easy and quick installation.

You spend more money because you THINK you are getting a higher quality product... Worked for a whole 17 days... just long enough to be outside the return window! Then all the lights turned and nothing works...took 5 days for the Bosch tech to come out, once he discovered it was a component failure he didn't have the parts with him. Now they are saying the soonest he can come back is another 9 days, parts are available now, but because they have 2 technicians for the entire state that is the soonest any tech is available. Cannot take the dishwasher in anywhere for faster service and cannot do the work myself. Got the extra Geek squad 5yr warranty... but that doesn't come into play the first year (so really a 4 year) they cannot come out any sooner than 10 days if they would come out. As for the dishwasher when it is functional, there is nothing on the dishwasher unit to show the time left or the time left on the wash, just a red light to say it is running, you need the application on your phone to see where it is on the cycle. So if you want to know how long the cycles you selected will take or how much longer until it finishes, everyone in the family will need a smart phone tied to the Home Connect Application. Spouse was not happy about that. Capacity seems less than our previous LG dishwasher, a lot less features as well. So in summary, this is the most expensive dishwasher I have purchased, it is the lowest in reliability I have ever experienced, and it has the least number of basic features... which I was willing to deal with for the higher quality that I thought I was getting...

Nice dishwasher but there is some moisture left after the cycle.

Fantastic sales service and follow up. We were kept abreast of the progress of our order and we were allowed to schedule the installation at our convenience.

Hearing great things about Bosch 500 dishwashers, I bought this on Dec 1st. It was delivered yesterday afternoon (Dec 11). I turned it on today morning (Dec 12) to clean dishes for the first time, and used their provided soap pods (Finish brand). This washing machine turned out to be defective, and started leaking slowly. I chatted with customer service multiple times for an exchange+installation date; they were clueless and had no idea about the rescheduled date/time. They kept replying with irrelevant scripted replies. I called the 800-433-5778 number to schedule an exchange for a working non-defective dishwasher and was told to call back in 48 hours. It shouldn't be this hard to take care of customers who have got defective items, post-purchase. I will update this review based on how this turns out. But, right now, I am very disappointed at getting a defective dishwasher for a premium price, and the shoddy customer service from Best Buy!
