Great Dishwasher

Customer service was great however installer poke a hole in the water supply line causing the unit to leak every time in used. Finally called and Bosch sent a repair man out and now working great.

The rep at Best Buy was a ton of help, since I had it narrowed down to a couple different models. We have been very happy with our purchase.

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a shockingly, terrible dishwasher that doesn’t have enough room for the dishes, has a completely unusable third rack on top that doesn’t even pull out, and the worst part is this dishwasher constantly smells terrible. I never experienced anything like it and despite trying everything recommended filter on the bottom constantly smells atrocious completely stinking out my entire kitchen. If I bought a cheap dishwasher, then I wouldn’t be surprised by all of these faults, but the fact that it is a more expensive and considered higher and dishwasher is shocking. I could not discourage anyone from buying this. Total regret after a few months of use

Great product

I replaced my old one which was 9 years old and kept the fork basket, as the new one came in with a half size one( shrinkflation). We got it for Presidents’ Day sale with free installation.

The Kitchenaid is still better for loading more dishes. It is more versatile than the Bosch. Overall I am happy with our decision to get the Bosch as it is now just only 2 of us in the house.

Gets dishes clean, but the drying is pretty bad and usually needs to be hand dried. I stopped using the top rack for the silverware because it would come out with puddles of water on it (even if I flipped it down - would flip over and fill up with water pressure). So it does the job but it just doesn't dry with either the pop open or heat dry...

Replaced a previous version of the same unit. Very quiet, looks good, go with the handle-less model with it built into the front face. Install was good w BB as well.

The cutlery tray at the top is very useful for awkwardly sized and shaped utensils.

The auto door open feature at the end of the cyce is very helpful in reducing any remaining moisture. Best Buy's installer was very professional and did a top notch job.

Still have to dry some dishes, tumblers, & cups using auto-air.

It hasn't been cleaning the silverware but that may be due to a guest in our house leaving too much peanut butter on the knives when placing it in. I've had 2 KitchenAides in 10 years and both of them broke. So I spent much more money hoping to get longer than 5 years out of dishwasher. It doesn't seem to get hot enough on sanitize.
