We love the flexibility of the racks and the fact you can put plastic items on any rack. An added bonus is how quiet it is.

Worst decision I’ve ever made on a appliance. Read the reviews and never saw anyone mention this does not have a heating element in it. When I took it out of the box there was water inside. This was NOT a used unit either. Rinsing agent helps a lot. But haven’t done a load yet where you don’t have to dry off the water on everything.

Your dishwasher is designed to dry using the PureDry® condensation drying system. This is an energy-efficient, closed drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. This process works by heating the dishes with hot water during the final rinse. The cooler stainless steel pulls moisture from the dishes. The inside of the unit will be wet at the end of the cycle, but the dishes should be dry. It's important to note that plastics don’t retain heat as well as other dishware materials and don’t dry as well. To improve drying results, we recommend turning on the Intensive Drying feature. Beware no heating coil, so drying takes forever

The dishes that aren't pre washed don't come out clean though. Peanut butter doesn't come off. After almost 2 weeks it randomly started shutting off in the middle of the wash cycle.

We only buy Bosch dishwashers. Last one lasted 15 years and was still working great, just wanted newer model. Highly recommend.

Posted .Hi MargaretP, thanks for your review. Please accept our apologies for any problems you are experiencing with your dishwasher. The following tips may help you achieve better cleaning results.
1. Make sure the dishwasher filter (located at the bottom) is cleaned regularly. To learn how to remove it, refer to your owner's manual. To remove debris, wash it with soap and a soft brush under running water.
2. Make sure there is enough space between items when loading. Ensure that the spray arms can move freely after loading the dishwasher.
3. Add rinse aid. Review your owner's manual to learn how and where to add rinse aid. Rinse aid helps water droplets slide off dishware so water marks can't be seen.
4. Clean your dishwasher's spray arms. Make sure there are no blockages in the holes by running it under water. To remove debris from the holes, use a toothpick.
5. Run a dishwasher cleaner through the dishwasher (Finish dishwasher cleaner, or Glisten Dishwasher Magic can be used).
6. Make sure you are using the appropriate amount of detergent per the instructions.

No instructions on how to use the machine, and it is not intuitive. Works fine, but hard to know when and if the wash/dry cycle is done. No outside indicator to tell you when it is done. And operating the system confusing. Bosch needs to step up their documentation, and make the operation more intuitive.
