Their Customer service is no good at all. They tell me an expert will call me. NEVER HAPPENED! SO I have a 1000 dollar useless piece of garbage! Buy anything else! Save yourself money,a cheap anything would have better than this garbage!

If you have a countertop that it will go under you won’t be able to see the settings. The plastic inside off gasses and leaves a fowl smell after the cycle is finished. I don’t recommend?

A plumber came by, looked at it and said it was a control board issue. Bestbuy wiped their hands and said not their problem. Bosch said it’s past its one year warranty so better luck next time. $1,200 for a machine that barely lasted a year. Not of merchantable quality. Buyer beware.
