I love This dishwasher! The dishes come out squeaky clean every time. I also like the machine notifying me by Alexa that my dishes are done.

Excellent performance! Feature where the door pops open after it finishes is great!

It gets dishes clean, but the auto air setting never worked, and after a little over a year, it’s leaking out of the front. I haven’t gotten it looked at yet, but suffice it to say, I’m not pleased with its performance. It’s also louder than expected, but they may be because it was installed farther out from underneath the counter than I would have done.

The reviews of this model are absurd. I replaced a very old basic Viking from 2011 - two shelves, very basic design. The 2011 Viking was better, hands down. Why? The Bosch adds many useless features to jack up the price. (1) Three shelves don’t actually fit more; (2) the shelves adjust so little in height that it makes no difference so that you will rarwly if ever change them; (3) the additional spines that fold up and down are also next to useless, especially on the middle shelf (it’s a set-and-forget feature; (4) you HAVE TO BUY a RINSE AID (no matter what the instructions say); (5) Auto Air dry feature doesn’t work any better than dishwashers without it (again, no matter what the critics say. It’s a lie); unless you want old food stuck to some of your dishes you still have to rinse them before putting them in the dishwasher; etc, etc, etc. In other words: save your money and buy a SIMPLE AND RELIABLE dishwasher with a stainless steel tub (so no leaks). The rest is marketing. I give this 2 stars not because it doesnt work but because it’s more than $500 overpriced, and given all the rave reviews from critics everywhere it’s impossible to discern the truth: that most dishwashers deliver the same results. Most are reasonably good, a few are bad. Just don’t buy a bad one.

I have now oned three of these. They are great dishwashers for two years. The fist one we broke trying to fix it, i bought a new one for thw house and thwn anothwr for the farm. Both now get thw E15 error. This means the rebis water in the lower pan, below the wash bottom. I had one “repaired” unter total tech, it lasted a month. We have to lwt is sit for a week and dry out after the error.

Bosch makes great dishwasher and delivery was very good.

I purchased a Bosch 500 series in 2019. Starting 2024, i was having trouble with settings that did not allow many changes and sometimes not starting. I paid $855. After all charges, $973. I have purchased other dishwashers in the past that were far lower in cost. Stay away is my advice.

I bought Bosch dishwasher 8 years ago and it was great until it wasn’t. And there is the problem. Thermador maintenance and customer service is terrible. So, you are paying a lot more money for a dishwasher that will break like any other product, but their service people will not help. So, why bother paying the extra money?

Since the machine was installed, the RinseAid pocket leaked and the autoAir function never works. The technician came twice to fix the leaking, but the autoAir is still not working.

You delivered broken. Never should’ve left the warehouse. Your quality control is appalling. And yet your third-party installer had the brass to up charge me for installation.
