Our new home came with a GE dishwasher that was constantly holding water at the bottom. The last time it happened there was no fixing it. We knew we wanted something quiet as the GE could wake the dead. This dishwasher is everything we never knew we needed. It has more space than our last dishwasher and dishes dry spotlessly. We use the recommended products and have no issues. We did decide to use liquid instead of the leftover cascade pods that we had since it didn’t dissolve all the way. Love the stainless steel interior and it is so quiet that I forget that its even running which is a NEED in an open floor plan. I would recommend (and have) to anyone who needs a new dishwasher. And it comes highly recommended by Consumer Reports.

The dishwasher is perfect! We love everything about it, but most of all it has more space that allows us to run the dishwasher less often. It is quiet, easy to load and cleans everything ( even a knife with day old peanut butter ).

We recently moved and needed to replace an abused GE that came with the house. Having purchased the previous version of the 500 series at our last home about 2 years ago and absolutly loving it, we decided to get another. There are some small changes to this version but overall it's a great machine. It's super easy to install, quiet, and efficient. The addition of wifi at the same price point as before is a nice touch. Some of the buttons/options have been removed from the touch panel on the dishwasher in favor of wifi controls so if you use a non-standard cycle you'll have to set it up via wifi first but after that it's just a simple power+start button press to get things going every time.

I got this open box for a STEAL. i paid around $600 for no imperfections but i would probably still oay full price for this. It takes a bit longer than my older dishwasher but this one cleans 4x better.

I've owned a Bosch dishwasher before and loved it! This one is super quiet, cleans great and energy efficient. Saved about $250 by buying a display model. Only downside is that I had to purchase the electrical connector and water hose separately, but that was not a "deal breaker". Highly recommend!

Dishwasher cleans well. It is easy to use. You can hear it, but it is kind of like white noise and no problem. I really like the 3rd rack for silverware. It also is nice that you can put plastics on the bottom rack.

We love this dishwasher. We live in an area that has hard water and don't have a water softener. We had glasses and cups that had hard water stains on them. One wash in this and they were gone! The plastic cups looked brand new! The third rack is very convenient, we put most of the flatware there. It's very quiet too.

Very quiet. Very user friendly and the dishes come out excellently cleaned. I love the auto air dry feature that automatically opens the door when the cycle is done.

This is a great diswasher. Having gone to 3 Samsungs and chasing warranty claims, hopefully this will last with greater reliability. Pros: - Quiet operation compared to some other diswashers - Many wash cycle options - Dries well - Appears to be well built unit and does not feel flimsy Cons (not exactly bad cons but something to keep in mind): - Rack adjustments can be complicated - Wash cycle does not display time remaining unless using the app. Usually a standard feature in this price range - only one smallish cutlerey rack provided. Additional can be puchased. Overall, well worth the price especially if picked up at a sale price

More capacity for dishes, plates then my LG of 10 years but spoon bin much smaller. Drying is definitely better. Not sure how half load works and doesn’t have a steam mode (but I rarely used). Cycles are 2-3 hours long. -Have dishwasher for about 1 month

Ultra quiet dishwasher, sometimes I am not sure it is actually running. Dishes come out clean and dry. I only have 3 knocks against it and 2 of them are opinions. The first real complaint is the lower drawer. It jumps off track very easily. My 2 opinions are that the utensil drawer for the lower drawer is small as I believe Bosch wants you to use the 3rd tray for utensils. The other opinion is having to use the app to do a delay wash. I would prefer to press buttons to set a delay wash, again this is just an opinion as the app works fine. Great dishwasher overall.

Third rack is very convenient and the ability to adjust the height of the second rack was a bonus I did not expect. It cleans very well and it’s super quiet- I’ve interrupted cycles on accident because I couldn’t tell it was on. Best Buy did a great job with delivery and installation. Im very happy with the purchase.

Great dishwasher, but avoid Best Buy installation. The Bosch 500 Series works flawlessly—quiet, powerful, and efficient. But Best Buy’s install was rushed and sloppy, and their customer service was non-existent. We had to pay a third-party to fix it. Buy the appliance, but hire your own installer.

We're very pleased with the Bosch dishwasher. It replaces a 13 year old unit so the technology and efficiency, both energy and water use, are so much better. And it's so quiet! Sometimes I have to check to see if it's on. The only thing I would change is being able to do a time delay directly on the unit rather than having to install the Home Connect app. Dishwasher was pricey but I anticipate that it will last a long time.

I got this to replace a dishwasher that was on its way out. A friend has this model and loved it. The dishwasher is very quiet, so much that I sometimes wonder if it’s even on. I’m not a fan of the racks. I can’t quite load the dishes the way I’m used to. Likewise. The silverware basket is smaller than I’m used to. I love the auto air feature that cracks open the dishwasher when the cycle is complete. This lets it air out until you unload. I don’t think it dries very well, even glass. The rinse aid doesn’t help and gets used up quickly.

Excellent dishwasher!!! I don't know how it cleans better than anything else I've used in the past, but it does. My stainless comes out sparkling clean. And it's extremely quiet. 10/10

I bought this 500 series Bosch dishwasher because of the reviews and my experience with Bosch products. I own a Bosch washer and drier that have been running flawlessly for 18 years. The dishwasher is so quiet that I cannot hear it running standing next to it. It cleans really well, and I appreciate the wireless control features even though I probably won't use them after initial setup. Overall, a great dishwasher so far. Hopefully this will be as trouble free as my other Bosch products.

Absolutely love my new dishwasher. It cleans and dries all items especially well! Also love the third rack. It's absolutely amazing how much will fit there comfortably.

So, our venerable Bosch gave up the ghost. We use our dw EXTENSIVELY - think dog years. The last one was 10 yo, super, legendary cleaning. When it died, there was no question what brand I was buying. BestBuy installation was excellent. As for the new unit - well, Bosch did some tweaks, and it's going to cost them a star. The very top rack just does not have the clearance to hold much. Dear Bosch - if it's not broke, don't fix it. FWIW - I still can't hear it clean :)

It's quiet, it cleans nicely, but a new dishwasher where the "clean" light does not come on is kind of a drag, Overall very happy with it.
