One of the best from BOSCH. We love the adjustable shelf and the 3rd tray for cutlery. Very quiet; at times, we don't even know it's running. It was nice to have a light indicator that let us know the dishwasher was running.

This dishwasher runs so quietly that it is hard to know if it is running. It also washes dishes well and can be controlled remotely from the Smart Home app

Over the last 19 years, we have owned three other dishwashers. I hated them. I thought they merely suggested the dishes get clean. I began to feel all dishwasher commercials were an absolute fraud. This dishwasher cleans dishes. IT WORKS. We rinse hardened residue and scrape a lot of food off, and sometimes we have to hand wash dishes. However, most dishes come out clean. Yay!

I got this open box for a STEAL. i paid around $600 for no imperfections but i would probably still oay full price for this. It takes a bit longer than my older dishwasher but this one cleans 4x better.

Very satisfied with insulation and operates great and it’s very quiet. I recommend it to everybody. Bosch. Dishwasher is the best.

The dishwasher is fantastic. Best Buy had the best price and the delivery guys were FABULOUS! The price from Best Buy was $700 less expensive than other places. Hattiesburg, MS - your delivery guys were the best.

We purchased this to replace a 10 year old model and it is great. Using the silverware tray at the very top allows additional room for dishes on the bottom Great delivery with very professional installers. Very good price and service at Best Buy!

We LOVE this new dishwasher! We had an Bosch 800 series before this. Was great… but really love the auto air feature on this 500 series one. Gets everything super dry… and everything is cleaned perfectly!

So far great dishwasher. Very Quiet, which is great for my open floor plan. Love the 3rd rack for Silverware and Utensils. Still checking out all the bells and whistles but happy so far.

Excellent appliance. With rinse aid does a very good job of drying even plastic. The top cutlery drawer seems far away from the jets but does get enough water to clean. Only issue is that remote start is required to use features such as delay start or different cycle types.

Love the silverware drawer, everything feels like good quality, And I got this as an open box special and I consider it a great find.

I am fairly happy with my purchase and extremely happy with the install team. They removed my old unit and did a great job installing. This washer is extremely quiet. My only complaint is I specifically wanted a dishwasher that dries well, particularly plastic, and this is terrible at drying plastic. Worse than my broken 20 yr old dishwasher. The salesman misspoke about several features like telling me the dishwasher opens on its own to let out steam and then seals back up to finish drying. It opens at the end of a cycle if you select auto dry but that is at the end and does not reseal or continue further. Also, I wish I hadn’t let them fill the rinse aid compartment with the free sample of Finish. It leaves a taste and odor on dishes.

This is a massive upgrade from the dishwasher we replaced, but it's not perfect. Getting it to connect to my WiFi was a 2 day process (and I still don't know why it finally worked vs all the other times I did the exact same steps). But once you have it connected it's very nice to be notified when a load of dishes is done. This cleans things very nicely, with very few instances of anything being left on a dish or utensil. (And that usually only happens if the mess is REALLY baked on or you've loaded utensils too closely together.) This is still miles better than our old dishwasher, which just seemed to throw food around the inside so that it ended up on everything. The main reason I'm dropping a star on this is that the drying part is really not great. The top/3rd rack (where utensils and plastic stuff typically goes, usually comes out very, very wet, even if you open it up a crack and then forget to unload it for a day. This is fairly typical of all dishwashers, I suppose, especially for plastic items, but I was disappointed since the drying capabilities of this were rated as "Very Good" by CR. Oh, and it's VERY quiet. If you hear it making noise it's definitely because you've loaded it wrong.

The quietest dishwasher we have ever owned. Love the app and tie in with Alexa. Receive notifications when cycle is complete, Dish cleanliness is awesome, and the third shelf is really convenient for plastic lids.

Very quiet, love that there is a light the shines on the flor when the dishwasher is on. Also the app is great, lets you know when the cycle is done, when it needs to be cleaned, etc. Also has helpful things like recipes for dinners. I never think the dry cycle is very good on any dishwasher.

Very good machine. When it’s done drying the door automatically opens when is an interesting feature.

I used couple of different model recent 10 years and definitely Bosch is one of best both cleaning quality and inside structure (more space)
