First one I took as my fault. Had not run the machine care cycle and was likely not rinsing the dishes well enough. But since then we practically wash the dishes before putting them in and run the machine care cycle at least once a month. But it will error out about 3/4s through a cycle every two weeks or so. Service under manufactuer warranty has been out and "found nothing wrong". Waiting on them to come again this week. Attempted to resolve with Best Buy since we purchased the protection plan, but was told they would not help since it was still under manufacturer warranty. So that seems to have been a waste of money as well. I would not recomment this washer. Nor Best Buy's protection plan. And even Best Buy for appliances at this point.

We were replacing an old Bosch dishwasher that was no longer cleaning dishes efficiently and we would have to rewash several items. After reading reviews we decided to buy Bosch again but we are having the same problems. I clean the filter often, run empty cleaning cycles and keep the drying agent full so I don’t understand why we’re still getting residue on half of the dishes and they’re coming out with dirty puddles over everything. So frustrated.

For everyday use we recommend the Auto Cycle, which is best for mixed loads of dishes with varying amounts of food soil. It is also recommended to scrape off any excess food soil but not to rinse dishware so that you leave residues and sauces behind for better cleaning performance.
