We got this dishwasher as our old one started having issues. Pros Same features as before Same decibel Same cleaning ability Lots of new features (our old one was 10 years old). Personally I like the ability to get more insight into the dishwasher via the app. Cons Other than the cost being more than we bought the older model the first time…. No other major cons.

This is my second BOSCH dishwasher. The 500 series strikes a great balance as a reliable dishwasher with all the necessary features to get the job done. It is a very quiet machine. While the one-hour cycle leaves dishes wet, the regular two-hour cycle completely dries them.

Great machine, just a little pricey, but it is worth it. Replacement for an older Kenmore Elite machine with rack brackets that were beyond repair. Extremely quiet. Cleans well. Third upper rack for silver ware makes the basket unnecessary-more room in the main racks, Still experimenting with the best way to load the machine. Slick exterior.

I love this product, but when it came in, it only had 1/2 of a utensil carrier. If you buy this product, most likely you use a lot of utensils and really need that large utensil carrier. I'm still waiting for mine. Had to order it myself, and pay for it myself. I was told Best Buy would reimburse me for the cost of the utensil carrier.

Our 2nd Bosch and couldn't be happier. Performance and price point make this a great buy.

Love the feature that pops open the door for/after drying. Rack material feels slightly thin and breakable, but ok for the price.

Overall, I love and enjoy this dishwasher. The features are great and I appreciate the quietness. The functions are exactly how things are and are expected. Great purchase and I wouldn't mind repurchasing this brand.

This is a very sleek looking dishwasher. The Bosch series has performed better than any other brand I've owned. It is super quiet. When installed correctly, the controls are hidden.

I love that its quiet just wished i could put my water goblets in the top rack That should be adjustable in my opinion

Bought the 500 initially and it did not dry well, stopped auto opening at the end of the cycle (which only marginally helped the drying) and continually had the middle rack handle falling off so I took advantage of the return policy and exchanged for the 800. It is fantastic. Don't hesitate to buy this

Excellent dishwasher. I only rated as a 4 due to the utensil holder could be larger and the display projected on the floor should show time remaining. We saved the utensil holder from our old model and use it instead.

Honestly, I prefer LG appliances and we bought Bosch to match the other appliances in our new house. Functions well and I like the auto-open feature but again, LG has it more finessed.

Very quiet, easy loading options. Customer service was great, installation was quick and easy.

Bosch has always been the best choice for my rental units as well as my home. We have two in our home and they lasted for 20 years with no repairs. Even though they are more expensive than the competition they are actually cheaper with longevity and very few repair costs.

We've only had this for a few weeks but so far we are very pleased with it. We can fit a lot into it and it cleans really well - exactly what you'd expect of a dishwasher. Still trying to figure out the best configuration for loading, but we do like that the second rack can be moved up or down. Much better than our old dishwasher!

It has features I have never had on a dishwasher. The red light that shines on the floor when the washer is running is very helpful. The Wi-Fi features letting me control the washer from my IPhone is handy. Dishes come out very clean.

I’m honestly so disappointed by this purchase. We were replacing an old Bosch dishwasher that was no longer cleaning dishes efficiently and we would have to rewash several items. After reading reviews we decided to buy Bosch again but we are having the same problems. I clean the filter often, run empty cleaning cycles and keep the drying agent full so I don’t understand why we’re still getting residue on half of the dishes and they’re coming out with dirty puddles over everything. So frustrated.
