First one I took as my fault. Had not run the machine care cycle and was likely not rinsing the dishes well enough. But since then we practically wash the dishes before putting them in and run the machine care cycle at least once a month. But it will error out about 3/4s through a cycle every two weeks or so. Service under manufactuer warranty has been out and "found nothing wrong". Waiting on them to come again this week. Attempted to resolve with Best Buy since we purchased the protection plan, but was told they would not help since it was still under manufacturer warranty. So that seems to have been a waste of money as well. I would not recomment this washer. Nor Best Buy's protection plan. And even Best Buy for appliances at this point.

It's great for small items that never fit anywhere else. I also never tbot I would use a phone app to run my dishwasher. But look at me now!

Loading of dishwasher not that straight forward, set up of large items can be difficult. The dishwasher does clean well. third rack is nice for silverware. We're not a fan of the drying, we liked heated drying better.

2) Adjust rinse aid to dispense amount according to the water type in your area.

This is the second one we buy of the same model (we moved and left the other behind). Quiet, cleans well, great features. Highly recommended.

The silverware basket is EXTREMELY tiny!! Very annoying. The bottom rack has ONLY tines that are angled. NONE that are straight. The angled tines are great if you're washing all plates of the same size shape and diameter. But if like most people your dishes vary in size, good luck! ANY Tupperware you put in will be flipped over during the wash and filled with dirty water when the cycle is finished. Doesn't dry for squat!! Unless the item is on the bottom rack, it will be wet. The top rack is ok, you'll end up putting silverware that doesn't fit in the tiny basket up there.. I am seriously considering exchanging this for a different dishwasher...
