Bummer Bosch

I was so excited to buy a higher performance dishwasher, and I would not recommend this dishwasher.

Noisy.

Disappointing

No indicator light whether dishes are clean. No crystal/china cycle. Silver basket is comically small...bought a bigger one online. Not good value for the money. Liked our old KitchenAid much better, but it was 14 years old and on its last leg. Apparently, new KitchenAids aren't great either. Make sure you have the right plumbing setup before buying - we had to pay a plumber $1200.

Disappointed with bestbuy

Second one also had water in it. They told me its because they test the machine at the warehouse. I have never heard os seen that with any other appliances I bought, even my old dishwasher when I bought it. They are normally come in a box, intact, brand new and not "tested". I would not recommend best buy.

Garbage with terrible service.

It is a new dishwasher and they are gutting it for repairs less than 1 month in. Many features only available through phone app called Home Connect, but the home connect website says "Something went wrong. Try again later" when I try to sign up. App on phone won't connect to the dishwasher.

Pretty disappointed

Does not dry well and smells bad if you don't open it immediately after washing. Would not buy again. Pretty disappointed

Not worth the price

You have to download an app and pair it with the washer then you can see the time remaining on your phone. Bad engineering.

Free delivery is NOT free!

They advertised a flat $29 delivery fee, but when the delivery people came they demanded $180 to install. I had to cough it up as I was in desperate need of this dishwasher. After scratching up my floors they left and I felt like a victim. Best Buy will not reimburse me for this. I would not recommend Best Buy for any dishwasher purchases. Be wary of this scam.

Do not recommend!

If you have a countertop that it will go under you won’t be able to see the settings. The plastic inside off gasses and leaves a fowl smell after the cycle is finished. I don’t recommend?

Bad manufacturer warranty

Manufacturer warranty is only good for 1 year. Going to have pay $180 just to have a tech visit and diagnose plus pay for parts and $20 for every 6 minutes of work. Will not be buying Bosch again.

Not impressed

It leaks, and the air dry fiction (which is the sole reason I bought this model) is not working. Not impressed.

Not happy with Bosch Dishwasher

It leaves a film on the dishes and I feel like they are dirty. I was excited to purchase a Bosch but I was much happier with my GE Profile machine.
