I needed to replace my 18 year old Bosch dishwasher as the control panel no longer worked. I wanted another Bosch and I needed it to be white. Best Buy had this one available and I was delighted to get it. It works great. It holds more items than my previous dishwasher. It is easy to use and is super quiet. A red light shows on the floor to let you know that it is running. When done the light turns off. Dishes come out clean. It does a great job on my glassware. NO SPOTS!!

Great design for all kinds of dishes. Excellent options for cleaning really dirty or slightly soiled utensils. To top it off this dishwasher is very quiet - best we’ve ever used.

Couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase. I thought the third rack might be unnecessary, but took the advice of someone who has one, and am so glad I did, as it’s really useful. It’s so quiet, you can barely tell it’s running. There is an indicator light that illuminates a small red dot on the floor below, so you know when it is still running a cycle. It cleans the dishes exceptionally well, and the auto air dry feature is awesome. The sleek design looks really attractive in the kitchen. We did a lot of shopping around, and read up on various models in consumer reports, and are so glad we landed on this model.

My KitchenAid Surperba dishwasher stopped working after 17 years. After researching both new KitchenAid models and Bosch models I decided on the Bosch primarily based on aesthetics. I preferred the streamlined look of the Bosch without the handle / towel bar on the KitchenAid. I am providing this review after using the Bosch dishwasher for three weeks. The dishwasher is extremely quiet and cleans dishes, glasses, and flatware well with no spotting. Note: I do use a rinse agent as suggested by the manufacturer. I not put pots and pans in the dishwasher so I cannot provide a comment on the dishwasher's cleaning ability of those types of items. I am on a learning curve when it comes to loading the dishwasher and find myself rearranging objects as I figure out what works best. There is a 3rd rack that I am not completely sold on yet but I have friends and family who rave about having one. I may just need to get used to this new / additional feature that I have not had in the past.

Nice looking dishwasher with no show controls and hidden pocket handle. It is super quiet and I love the red light that hits the floor alerting you the unit is running. I like the idea of the 3rd rack but it isn’t deep, therefore you can only place small flatter items such as silverware and knives in it. The rack is not adjustable so it’s pretty useless as I can place all of this items in the basket. As for cleaning….it seems to wash well but note I always rinse my dishes before loading them in washer. I have not loaded dishes with any cakes on or dried food. My plastic bowls that have scratches or wear does leave dried detergent on them. I use the finish pods and finish rinse aid as suggested. I will try liquid detergent next to see if this helps. What I absolutely do not love is the drying. Not all my dishes come out dry especially plastic wear which was advised, as it doesn’t have any type of heating element. I also am very disappointed with the silverware basket. It is cheap and doesn’t even snap on to the rack to hold it in place. When taking out silverware, the basket literally falls off. To pay such a price for a dishwasher ranked as high quality, this was definitely overlooked. Lastly, I wanted the 800 model due to the fact it supposedly dries better but they don’t come in white. I prefer bright white appliances over stainless steel bc it brightens up the space and doesn’t show fingerprints and water marks so easily. Wish they offered white in all models. All in all, so far I like the unit but it does fall short in the areas mentioned. We will see how it holds up over time.

Can’t believe how quiet this is. Love the top rack for cutlery and have removed the basket. Saw other reviews remark on rotten odor. I think there might have be some occasionally when I stuck my nose down to the door, but I haven’t noticed in the past 5 months. My wife has the nose, she never noticed a smell. We use this almost daily. Living in Houston we’re used to some items not drying completely with other dishwashers we’ve had and this one is not worse, so this is no issue for us. It’s generally only on plastics and top of overturned coffee cups. This is a good machine.

We've been very pleased with our Bosch dishwasher! It is so quiet when it's running, you almost forget it's on. The dishes have always been clean and dry (especially when using Jet Dry). We love the flexibility of the 3rd upper rack also! I'd definitely recommend this dishwasher and hoping it will last many years to come.

This is the best dishwasher I've ever owned. Very sleek looking. Extremely quiet and perfect if you have an open concept layout. It has a light that shines on the floor when it's running otherwise you wouldn't even know it was on. Also love the 3rd silverware rack. More expensive than others but definitely worth it.

Before purchasing our dishwasher, we researched it thoroughly. It was between a Bosch and a KitchenAid. We chose the Bosch. It is incredibly quiet and has a third shelf that can be used for utensils or silverware. We took out the regular silverware tray to get more room on the bottom shelf. By putting the silverware on the third tray, it is also really easy to empty it. There is also a feature that pops the door open when the cycle is complete, which is nice. We’ve only run a few loads so far, but the dishes come out really clean and the glasses spotless. Looking like this was a great purchase!

Especially with open concept living, a quiet dishwasher is a must. You'll have a hard time determining if the machine is running. It's a good thing they've added a floor light to let you know the machine is operating. Does a great job of cleaning. Having the 3rd rack for flat items is a nice addition.

We purchased this model number because the lower cost Bosch was not available in stainless steel. But we are so glad we did! We now prefer this one over our original selection: super quiet, clean, well-thought-out design, out dishes and utensils are spotless, excellent product.

Love this dishwasher. So quiet, I can never hear it running. Also love that it pops open once everything is done and dry. And it holds so much, the middle rack can also move down to make room for taller items. Overall great purchase.

This is the best dishwasher I have ever owned. My wife and I go crazy trying to get this thing to fail to clean a dish. 2 day dried on mac-n-cheese: gone. Burnt on baking dishes that haven't truly been cleaned by other dishwashers: Gone. Don't waste water rinsing and cleaning your dishes any longer. Please I beg you. Let this thing do its job. It's truly an all time Pro. I ENJOY doing dishes now. The no heating element drying means all of my daughters plastic ware is safe. No more melted or warped lids because they got too hot. The AutoAir feature is a nice bonus over the 300 series and worth the extra $$. Don't wait for sales, they just don't do it. We got ours with free install and we consider it a steal.

Dishes go in dirty and come out clean. No need for pre-washing saves a lot of water. Very efficient loading. Very quiet operation... can barely hear it. Slow cycle time is not an issue. No problems with not being dry. We are very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it.

This dishwasher does a great job cleaning, but I have found that because of the structure of the racks I can't load as much into the dishwasher per use as I did with my previous dishwasher. Its quiet and the cycle is long, but I haven't found that it dries any better than the old one.

I live this dishwasher. It is really quiet and does a great job cleaning the dishes. It is simple to use, and has dish loading combos for all sizes of dishes and lots. Installer did a great job of installing and instructing me on how to begin using my new appliance.

Love this dishwasher which replaced an older Bosch. Very quiet and holds lots more, so don't have to run it as often. The dishes come out sparkling. Removed the silverware basket and use the top rack instead. Highly recommend!

Love this ultra-quiet dishwasher. Without the light at the bottom of the dishwasher to indicate the dishwasher is running, you would never know. Any time I am running my dishwasher and we have guests, they cannot believe we are running our dishwasher. It is a beast for cleaning or dishes, saves on energy, and has a lot of versatility and adjustments for the racks that conform to any need I have. It’s a must have for your home.
