This dishwasher is overall pretty fantastic. It has a low profile (love the lack of handle) and blends in really well to my countertop. I am a big fan of the third rack up top, which has become my new default spot for utensils and flatware. The adjustable middle rack is also great to let me fit pieces of different sized in. Kinda lets me treat loading the dishwasher like a puzzle to be most efficient, which I enjoy (don't let that dissuade you, you don't have to treat it like that haha). Of course, the best thing about Bosch dishwashers is how quiet they are, and this definitely is. I sometimes forget that I've turned it on, and am grateful for the red LED that tells me when its running. The only thing I wish is that it dried a little better, but I probably just need to find a good rinse aid to further improve that efficiency. It helps that you can set it to automatically open the door at the end of the cycle to allow for air drying! I had it delivered and I arranged the install independent of Best Buy. The delivery crew was prompt and polite, no issues there.

Quiet and well designed. Also dries very well and I like the controls. The door opening at the end is great. All and all happy so far.

My 10-year-old Bosch dishwasher died. I went online searching for new Bosch because quality and durability. We have three children, and so the dishwasher will frequently be run three times in a day, so 10 years longevity is outstanding. The new dishwasher is whisper quiet, the third rack allows for easier placement ofcertain items, the second rack is easily adjustable up and down depending if you have pots and pans. I’m extremely satisfied with my upgrade!

First time buying a new disher washer and this one is awesome. Took abut to figure out how it works properly but it cleans well and is very quiet. The light ag the bottom is helpful to know when the washer is running. It is helpful to use a drying agent to help although

The Bosch 500 does a great job cleaning all types of items, from delicates to heavy duty pots and pans. What's most remarkable is how quiet the machine is. The first couple times I ran a cycle, I actually had to double check to make sure the washer was running!

We had to replace our 18 year old dishwasher. This Bosch came highly recommended. It is SO QUIET. You almost don't know it is on, except there is a red light that shines on the floor. It has a third little rack on top that you can load spatulas, whisks, etc. on. The silverware basket has different sized holes so all of my silverware pieces fit in it - even the old ones with the thick handles. There is lots of room for everything. We've had it for about a month. So far, so good!

Dishwasher is awesome. Lots of room. Cleans dishes excellently. Having 3 racks is a huge plus. We don't even use the silverware rack in the bottom. We use the top rack for that. Which opens up more room in The bottom rack for larger pots and pans. The adjustable second rack is great for those taller coffee cups. This dishwasher uses less water, which means you get to use less detergent, and still get your dishes clean. Something no one seemed to know, was whether this dishwasher came with the Bosch 3 prong power plug. Some people told me I had to buy it separately. Happy to say they were wrong. The washer I bought from best buy came with the 3 prong plug. Meaning I could plug 1 end in to the dishwasher and had a standard grounded plug for the wall. The 1 flaw this dishwasher has is it's drying. It's decent on glass and metal, but lacks on plastic. The fresh air feature does help a little, but it's something Bosch needs to refine further to get better drying. All in all it's a great washer. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

As advertised this is a very quiet dishwasher. The controls are easy to use and of course it cleans dishes really well.

Great dishwasher. Super quiet. Super cleaning capability. The red dot is not a cat toy, it lets you know machine is in working mode. We did a lot of research before purchasing. The Bosch 500 was the one. Best Buy had the best price.

before purchasing I reviewed several brands on line. I ended up selecting the Bosch-500. best decision I could have made. extremely quiet. does a great job of washing glasses and completely dries them with no spots or streaks. I especially like the quick was cycle and the ability to wash half a load without wasting water.

This Bosch dishwasher is awesome. It is definitely a quiet dishwasher - it practically purrs! Dishes come out sparkling clean and dry, and the racks help keep them secure. It’s great! Many options are available for the type of wash desired, and not having buttons on the outside is a definite plus. Overall, it’s efficient, well-made, and is a workhorse. Also, the silverware rack/utensil rack above the top shelf is quite handy. Highly recommend!

Great dishwasher. Love the Auto Air feature that heats up the water, does the last rinse and opens the door to let them dry faster and without spots/streaks. Only recent issue I have run into is the filter at the bottom needing cleaning in the middle of the cycle, but I should have been doing that regularly. Hasn't been an issue after doing regular cleaning.

Wow! What a dishwasher! I used to essentially wash my dishes before putting them into the dishwasher, so I put this one through the tests. I now give things a quick rinse if cheesy and otherwise, just throw them into the dishwasher. Everything comes out sparkling clean. It's quiet! Not soundless, but very quiet. My favorite feature is the air dry where the door pops open after the cycle. I will say I can't put as many items into this dishwasher as my old one. Maybe that's why it cleans better? And even though the middle rack can drop down I can't put my taller things in there as they hit the top rack. Yes, I could remove the top rack, but seriously, it's every load of dishes, so NO.

Quiet as can be for a dishwasher. Dishes have come out spotless on all the various cycles. Two slight minuses: 1: The dish racks are a little inconvenient for our needs compared to our old dishwasher; 2: The only indicator that we have is the red light shining on the floor. To see where you are in the cycle you have to open the dishwasher to see the display. We have seen older models with the display lit on the floor, instead of just a light.

After moving into a new house, I wanted to replace the existing dishwasher; having owned a Bosch before, I knew that was the route I wanted to go. This model has 3 racks, with the top and middle being adjustable by height. It cleans extremely well, and also has a light that lets you know when it is done with a cycle. Last but not least, this unit is quiet, which is always nice. Having used Bosch for years I expect this dishwasher to perform great.

Pros - Very quiet (I could hear a skill saw one street over and it was louder than the dishwasher when I was standing right next to it). Good cleaning quality on this machine as well. Dishes are clean and spotless. Cons - No heated dry. More of an air dry from some of the heat made by the water, but you end-up having puddles of water on upside-down glasses, bowls, etc. Also; due to the added third rack on the top, you have limited height that you may not normally have in a washer with only two racks. For example; we have to strategically place our butter knives in the silverware rack because if we do not, the spinning mechanism will hit them. Same goes with taller glasses on the upper rack, too tall and they're bumping the top rack. The flip side of this is that the upper rack can be removed if necessary.

Thank god for the red light because this dishwasher is so quiet you can't tell that it's running until the water drains through the pipes! I had read concerns about drying but how glad I am I didn't listen. I use the Auto Dry and the door pops open. Everything, yes even the plastic, is bone dry! The dishes are so clean. I wish i could have gotten a fingerprint resistant stainless but no biggie! I love this dishwasher!

It is quiet. The third rack is fantastic and the air dry feature really makes a difference.
