This drawer is very modern and gives the kitchen that look we were looking for.

I love this drawer microwave! So cool and such a space saver. Only negative is that the instructions for programmed cooking options are a bit confusing. If you're like me and use it mostly to heat stuff up, you'll be fine using the timer.

Horrifying experience, It caught on fire, thankfully it was stopped.I'm not alone, google it!, It has happened to others. Drawer broke into pieces from fire. Could've been a serious house fire. 1 year old. Bosch knows about it and it is doing nothing about it. Do not buy, stay safe!

We put this in our island and live the drawer concept. Power and features fit our needs. No issues

The microwave works really well and we do not have any issues with the 24" wide smaller unit.

Don't buy this! it started arcing and smoking after 2 weeks of use and a month later and it's still not replaced. the Door is herky jerky when opened and will spill your liquids but the chance of a house fire is the reason not to buy this microwave.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. BB delivered this microwave 2/26/2021. Installed it April 10, 2021. Quit heating food on April 14, 2021. Unit runs, but microwave element quit working. $1500 microwave should work reliably for more than 4 days. Unfortunately, past date to allow a return, so now I need to work with Bosch to repair it.

We purchased this product in June and have not been able to use it once. We have had three visits from technicians to fix with no luck. Finally Bosch has agreed to send a replacement. Bosch’s customer service on this has been atrocious. We do not recommend purchasing this product.

microwave has been in for 2 weeks...already doesn't heat up. Never again.

We bought a house with top of the line appliances, including this microwave. I initially loved it, however without notice it just stopped working. It emits a loud noise, smells like burnt plastic/metal inside, and - obviously - does not heat anymore. After much research, seems like there's a defect with a part called "magnetron", which Bosch has - allegedly - refused to acknowledge. This microwave was bought when this house was remodeled in 2018, so it maybe lasted for 2 years? Unfortunately, the repair through Bosch costumer service will probably amount to $500+ ($129 for the visit + $40/15 min work + parts) to maybe have it break again in the - near - future? Such an expensive appliance should not be disposable!

paid alot for this, after using about 2 weeks it started making an awful sound and smoke was pouring out of it when my child was using it. now it's been 3 weeks and I can't get anyone to help me. Bosch repeatedly says they'll call back and after 7 times of me calling I still have a broken microwave for over 3 weeks. this item was less than a month old and now we've been without a microwave and out $1400. If you want an electrical fire then go ahead but if you want a working microwave I'd pass on this one!
