Bosch really did a great job on the design and functionality, the veggie drawer is great, and everything fits really well, lots of space and the freezer drawers and space is really thought out well. best Mike

I have had this refrigerator for a couple months now. It took some getting used to having a separate refrigerator drawer, but I love this fridge. It is very functional, has thoughtful shelves in the freezer (I love that the upper freezer shelf pulls out when you open the freezer, rather than having to bend over again to find it and pull it out every time), does an excellent job of cooling, and it is beautiful. Having recessed handles means there is nothing sticking out into the kitchen. It does not attract many fingerprints (no children in my house, however), and is easily cleaned with a dry microfiber cloth. Be aware that it is taller than most refrigerators with this cubic footage. I was replacing cabinets in my kitchen, so was able to plan for the height. I highly recommend this refrigerator!

Arrived on time in perfect condition. Best Buy was able to deliver this refrigerator within two business days of purchasing online. The home delivery service was able to hook up to existing water line easily. This refrigerator was 6 cu. ft. smaller than my old one but because of the functional design, I feel like I did not lose much space at all. I can see everything in the refrigerator with the LED lighting and easy to access customizable shelves. Very easy set up with a quick read of instruction manual to utilize all the 'smart' functions of this product. Smudges do show up but a quick wipe with towel, they are gone.

Love this refrigerator! The ice maker is awesome, we never run out like we did with our old refrigerator. The indoor water dispenser could not be handier. The separate fruit and vegetable drawers with temperature/humidity controls keep my produce fresh longer. When looking for something it only takes a glance to see everything because of the design. Unlike my other stainless steel appliances I only need to use a microfiber cloth to get rid of smudges and finger prints, no special polish or spray needed. I would recommend this refrigerator to anyone.

Love it! But in picture is showing the logo but actual no logo when they brought it. Should have a logo in the front.

I love my fridge. However, it did not receive five stars because of the flawed design for the water dispenser. I love the ice that it makes, the overall design if the fridge but hate the water dispenser. Water runs out of the back during and after use.

Awesome Refer. Makes ice super fast. It’s quiet! They designed the doors to not show finger prints, a big plus! Love the 2 door design, with 2 drawers. Was a bit Leary about the bottom freezer. (Not any more!) Best refrigerator so far!!! Highly recommend!!!

I love this fridge. It’s definitely a splurge but it’s space is allocated very well, I love that the water is inside- no more dripping hard water lines for us. The ice maker is very generous. We always have so much ice! It’s sturdy and well built. We had a Kitchen Aid for only 2 years and it was flimsy and poorly built. The lighting is also exceptional

Had to return my LG knock knock refrigerator because of so many issues. Decided on the Bosch. This refrigerator is awesome. I would recommend it to anyone.Lots of storage inside, extremely quiet and love the look of it.

This fridge has spectacular interior lighting! Really impressed all around; high quality materials with powder coated metal, glass and ultra-clear plastics throughout. Love both the ice maker with scoop and interior water (didn’t think we’d like that but it’s really cold water, fast to fill glasses or pitchers and easy to use). Separate drawer with ethylene filter is great for fresh fruits and vegetables and rare in this category. Front of fridge is magnetic, however don’t place magnets because fine scratches will appear.

Excellent quality. Last unit was LG product and this is so superior compared to that brand. Could not be happier with this brand.

My wife gave me 10 stars for picking this refrigerator. It is beautiful and meets all of our needs. Love the clean look of not having water/ice through the door.

It took 3 deliveries to get it right. The first one was dented. The second one the door was broken. I believe the deliver guys are over worked with everything. :( But in the end, BestBuy stood behind the promise to get it right. The Bosch 800series is amazing, everything is just what I want and more than I expected. Definitely was worth the trouble and wait.

Great refrigerator! worth every penny. I love the self-closing system on the drawers. the middle compartment keeps our vegetables for longer periods. and it is very spacious for our needs.

Nice Fridge, very happy w the styling, the performance, the layout. The drawer inside the fridge, top section, is superfluous though. You have to open both sides of the top to access it, and that's kind of a pain. And it's flimsy, so you can't pull it except from the center. Other than that I'm very happy with this purchase. That being said, I will not buy anything else from Best Buy if I can help it. The customer service around delivery is routed thru Pakistan and it is not useful.

This refrigerator is perfect in our kitchen. It is very attractive. The french door/ drawer configuration makes it very easy to retrieve items. It has excellent storage capacity. Highly recommend.

This is probably one of the best fridges out in the market. If you compare this to similar offerings from the typical appliance brands you’ll notice that it’s not really competing at that level. It’s more along the lines of the ultra premium segment - not just based on features but also just the general build quality. The simplicity and clean lines make it a lot more attractive in the kitchen than the novelty based fridges you see more often than not now. The app is excellent and makes remote management a breeze.

Our Bosch is great so far. Ice maker in the freezer works perfectly and inside water keeps the design looking sleek. We've had LG replace a compressor for free out of warranty. Bosch has a very good reputation in supporting their products unlike Samsung that won't/can't fix their icemakers. Spent $600 to replace the entire back pane l with fan and it still froze up. Samsung microwave buttons failed just after warranty expired. Samsung says too bad, so sad. Don't buy Samsung appliances!
