This is the ONLY delivery and installation that went well. Middle drawer is not sturdy. Wish it was single sided and dint have to open both doors to get meat and cheeses out. Beautiful aesthetic. Nice finish. Kinda smaller than expected too.

Bosch really got it right with the efficent layout of the interior of this fridg. The icemaker is cranking out the cubes in high speed fashion. The water dispenser is a bit loud. The water and ice are located inside the fridge, not in the door. I like that arrangement.

Very quiet. We returned a GE because of its noise. The ice is good. Don't like having to open both top doors to use the left drawer. The shelves are solid, not cheesy like some other brands.

The whole process was excellent. Th salesperson was very good & the Dept. manager was great! We decided to upgrade from a GE which lasted only 2 years. We had several components replaced a then the freezer totally quit!

So nice to have a new refrigerator. Spacious and high quality. I have had a little trouble setting some of the shelves to fit some items. juice bottles and condiments are too tall to stand.

We purchased this about a month ago and we have been very pleased so far. The accessories help keep the fridge organized and clean so far. It’s very sleek and clean.

There is so much room in the fridge. Coming from a side by side this is like heaven. It does take some getting used to having the water inside and standing with the door open to full up a water bottom. But all the room makes up for it!

Do not buy this fridge. Seriously. First of all, it has 1 year of warranty by default. You can get the extended warranty for 2 years, but then again, our freezer compressor broke after 1 year 2 months! Leaving us with a Lemon, we'll probably have to buy another brand new fridge. On top of that, the doors don't close properly! Every single fridge I have had, you gently push the door to close and the door ends up closing, right? This one doesn't, so instead they have paired the fridge with a stupid app to "alert" you when this happens, instead of fixing the faulty design. This tells you how much they care about engineering this thing right. The ice in the freezer always clumps, and you ever can get ice that's not into a huge single block, so it's useless. Other than that, sure, it's a fridge, keeps your food cool, until it doesn't... and then you're left with food gone to waste and yet another headache to take care of.

Fantastic Refrigerator!! Love the ice, the inside the fridge water dispenser, and all the flexibility with being able to customize the space to fit our needs.

We sold our home with the refrigerator that we had for the past 10 year and that unit was rock solid, so when we started looking for a new counter deep refrigerator we wanted a unit with similar features. We spend around 2 months of research and evaluating the user reviews on every unit in our list. What we discovered is that the more tech features the unit have, the more problems most likely will occur. So we stick with these features: inside water dispenser and ice maker, LED interior lights, door alarm, temperature alarm, stainless steel, Automatic Defrost, Energy Star Certified & Dual Evaporator. This model have all of those features and more. We have been using it for a month and so far so good.

We are glad we chose this brand and model. After 3 different fridges with ice and water in the door, and the issues with ice in the door, we were ready for a new design, and the cool ice that is available below. We love the filtered water inside the fridge.

Do not buy. Very low quality control and 0 support from Best Buy or Bosch. The drawers that are supposed to maintain different temperatures were not properly installed and do not seal. The middle drawer doesn’t pull out properly. And, most importantly, the freezer stopped cooling 6 weeks in. All of the food spoiled, the water leaked and multiple service visits in, we are at the one month point without a freezer. They are refusing to declare it unrepairable and replace it, yet have no idea how to fix it. No compensation for any of this of course. Now it won’t even connect to the app, so the alarm is going off throughout the night waking us up.

First and foremost great customer service and excellent delivery. Refrigerator looks amazing and it’s easy to use. The refrigerator is pricey but I would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a dependable refrigerator.

We had this refrigerator delivered August 2020. Around July 2021 the ice maker started to be just a little less productive. We thought it could be an isolated matter of the kids forgetting to close the freezer or something like that. Unfortunately it just got worse. Now in October 2021 the ice maker has completely stopped working. Conveniently it is just over the year mark and so we are dealing with the hassle of repairs ourselves. In my opinion, this fridge was awesome but it turned out to be like any appliance these days… disposable.

Very happy with this refrigerator. Looks great and works good. The only issue I have is the water dispenser. I lost that battle with my wife. Not my favorite but the rest is great.

Appreciate the amount of food and beverage space and the water dispenser inside. The ice maker is working great and always stays full.

The fridge looks fine but it came without stainless steel flex bar (part used for hanging extra shelves) and Best Buy was not help with ordering the part for us.

This is a beautiful fridge that fits perfectly in our kitchen. Everything is easily acessible. We are very pleased with our purchase. Delivery went without a hitch! The stainless steel is very attractive.
