Bought this fridge due to the glowing reviews, unfortunately I had bad luck and got a unit with both compressors being very noisy. When they run they ring like a telephone or doorbell (not as lout, but the constant ringing sound is very annoying). The first 2 days the fridge was absolutely silent and I was super happy with it, but then the ringing started and never ended since. I pulled the back panel off and confirmed it is the compressor when it runs. In my old home I had a GE Cafe French Door fridge which was silent, not a sound from it. Should have just bought the same again, I thought I go for something different and went by the great reviews, but I guess I had bad luck of the draw. Will see if I can work something out with Best Buy, the sole reason for me buying was to have a quiet fridge and replace it with the loud one that came with the house, not get one that makes and even more annoying sound.

We've had this fridge for just over a month now. It has been great! Tons of space and it produces ice at a fast rate. Would purchase again.

Love my new refrigerator! The inside lights are so bright, and the shelves/drawers are lit for easy viewing. Quite spacious. Everything I could ask for!

We like this refrigerator a lot. It was not cheap but Bosch is like a BMW, quality wise. We had a terrific sales person , Amy Galat at the Mission Valley store in San Diego. We thought we had a defective door handle when we got it, but after waiting 3 weeks for a part the installer said he ordered, and calls to BB and Bosch it turned out the installer never ordered part that we really didn't need. He just couldn't attach door handle the way it was supposed to go and told us it was defective. Amy gave us great after sale service solving our problem.

This Bosch refrigerator has a nice appearance and the inside shelves are adaptable. We anticipate this refrigerator should last us 10-15 years. The delivery service was excellent.

Very good quality but quite pricey, Need extra attention when closing the cooler doors, otherwise it won't close tightly.

I like everything about this fridge except the water. To get the water, you have to use 2 hands. Otherwise, it’s beautiful and well functional.

Absolutely beautiful fridge, the Black Stainless is easy to keep clean. Storage is abundant, features are very intuitive. Very happy with this product.

Freezer compressor died after 4 1/2 months. Bosch customer service is a nightmare. Tech came out within two days, said needs replacement. Lost hundreds of $ of the food! Over a week later they are still working on getting a tech/replacement. Freezer beeps every few hours to alert the temperature is above freezing. No one is sleeping and the dogs are going crazy. Bosch has no sense of urgency. If we didn’t keep following up we would know nothing. Bosch gives you timelines that mean nothing. They can’t even say when it will be replaced. For the money we paid you can get two Refrigerators with better customer service. Bosch needs to step it up!

Nice that the bins can be temperature controlled separately. The surface gets smudged. Overall I am pleased

Great refrigerator, delivery was awesome, my only issue would be a one year warranty on a appliance that costs over $3000. They want to give us every reason they can to buy the extended warranty. Offer a longer warranty with the purchase please and thank you.

I haven’t had it long enough to officially know as of yet, but besides it not being as big as I thought on the inside, and not being able to figure out how to program it to my phone so that it notifies me when the door is left open, etc…I have been content. I am still figuring out the alarm and how to change the settings and filter, and I hope to just remain content and have no future surprises.

Love this fridge. It keeps fruits and veggie fresh for longer period of time comparative to other fridge.

Love the look. Love the ice that it makes. We had a thermador fridge on our previous home and the ice shape is the same. Quiet. Love the movable shelves.
