Best frig I ever owned!! So easy to see what food is eaten, what I need to buy. Shelves are wide and accommodate lots of containers as well as the shelves on the doors. This is my second Bosch refrigerator and high recommend it.

Love the refrigerator but...had a terrible experience with the installation. Rude crew and many issues. Biggest issue is they damaged my hardwood floors! (Dealing w insurance co on that) They were about to leave and I noticed the refrigerator was obviously leaning forward. Had to ask them to level it. Then, noticed all the plastic wrap was still on there. They said I had to remove it myself. I asked them to pull it out so I could remove plastic wrap on sides. They had to adjust the level to pull it out again. As I was removing the wrap, they started to leave. I asked them to wait until I removed wrap so they could slide refrigerator back in and re-level. They said they didn't have time! I complained and they waited. After they left, I tried to open refrigerator but they had pushed it too far back and doors wouldn't open. Side of door was damaged by hitting counter top. I have been working with customer service for 3 days but they can't do anything because the delivery still shows open in their system. Ugh! Interestingly, I had a dishwasher from BB delivered the same day by a 3rd party crew. They were great - friendly & professional. They put down a plastic mat to protect the floors. Very disappointed and frustrated with Geek Squad delivery.

We purchased our new Bosch refrigerator to replace a Samsung refer purchased in 2018. Replaced due to excessive problems and poor extended warranty problems with the Samsung. The new refer is wonderful.

Received refrigerator after Thanksgiving, 2020. So far LOVE our refrigerator. Delivery was quick and easy, folks were very nice and helpful. Great job Best Buy and Bosch.

Bosch - 800 Series is working fine. Like some of it's features. Access to water is one of them. Also like the several doors which allows access to to different items without having to open the entire unit.

We had the fridge delivered and set up on Wednesday. It is a great fridge. However: Although I paid for the install kit and installation. they did not have all the necessary fittings so they left it up to me to go to Home Depot to buy the fitting and finish installation. Also I have an RO system so needed the bypass filter not the regular water filter. I assumed that is what they installed, but wrong there too. I have left phone message and e-mail for the saleman at Best Buy. Guess what? Radio Silence

My new Samsung is beautiful inside and out. It is very functional. It really does brightens up my kitchen. My wife loves it and I reinforce her taste. My old fridge was also a Samsung, it was great too. We love Samsung.

I really like this refrigerator it doesn’t look fancy but works really good so far I’ve had more expensive Samsung and LG but so far I like this one more and reviews say it is more dependable

Dual evaporators and dual compressors are amazing. A head of lettuce last 3-4 weeks. Amazing!

Love this refrigerator. It took a little bit of reading the manual before we understood all the features and setup but we are very happy with this purchase.

Purchased this in May of 2022. The fridge stopped working in Sept of 2023. Freezer is fine. Of course, outside of warranty and any repair is out of my pocket. I expected much better from Bosch. I paid more for this fridge because of the name.

I love the refrigerator! My daughter recently purchased the same refrigerator when she remodeled her kitchen and I just had to have the same refrigerator when remodeling my kitchen!

This is our first French Door Frig with Wifi and let me just say; 5 STARS & 5 Diamonds. You will not be disappointed with this appliance.

The french door style refrigerator is so convenient to store and retrieve items. The items used daily are right at arms length and very visible. I recommend this style of refrigerator

Love the refrigerator but it arrived with the bottom drawer damaged. We are still waiting for the replacement and it has been a month.
