Not well designed. Must open both doors to access one of the vegetable bins. Right had door sticks from time to time. Geek Squad could not repair it. This will be a problem if there are kids in the house who may not be vigilant about closing the door.

Fridge is terrific - pricey but worth it. Pros - dual compressor is the biggest pro, coming from a newer side by side fridge, there is a noticeable improvement in how long fruits and veggies stay fresh in this fridge Fridge organization is great, other than the dual compressor, the second highest determining factor in selecting this fridge was that the water dispenser is located inside the fridge. Fridges with outside water dispensers sacrifice a significant amount of fridge space. Only con is the pressure at which the water comes out of the dispenser, it comes out so strong that it will ricochet out of your cup if you don’t hold it at just the right angle.

I have had it for about 2 weeks now. So far it is performing as expected of Bosch. It keeps things cool and fresh. Best choice

I never thought I would step up to a more expensive appliance purchase like this. But the Boch 800 had more than I expected as I am looking of durability and quality. I was impressed with the design and 2 compressors. Love the counter depth.

Stylish refrigerator with features that suggest an efficient and durable life. Even though we have downsized in cu. ft. capacity from 25+cu.ft. to 21 cu.ft., this refrigerator provides a nice layout for all our fresh food needs.

looks great works great... a little trouble because you need to open both doors almost all the time to get anything out. and it's easy to leave the right door ajar if you're not careful

The refrigerator is awesome. I had no clue vegetables and fruit could survive 2 plus weeks after purchase. Very quiet. Somewhat slow making lots of ice but quality is good and more than enough for a family of 5.

Love this fridge!! It holds more than you think it would for its size. Bosch has made great use of space!! I’ve only had it since the end of Jan 21 so I can’t give a review on long term quality. However, it does feel like a higher quality product when compared to other brands of similarly sized refrigerators.

Nothing negative to say yet. Ice maker is excellent (won't freeze up since it isn't though the door). Extremely quiet. You have to make sure the door is closed firmly (especiallythe right side). On the plus side, if left open it sends you text.

So far It's been great, we really like the ice maker and the water on the inside, compared to the Samsung or LG the build quality is noticeably better.

Do not buy this fridge. Seriously. First of all, it has 1 year of warranty by default. You can get the extended warranty for 2 years, but then again, our freezer compressor broke after 1 year 2 months! Leaving us with a Lemon, we'll probably have to buy another brand new fridge. On top of that, the doors don't close properly! Every single fridge I have had, you gently push the door to close and the door ends up closing, right? This one doesn't, so instead they have paired the fridge with a stupid app to "alert" you when this happens, instead of fixing the faulty design. This tells you how much they care about engineering this thing right. The ice in the freezer always clumps, and you ever can get ice that's not into a huge single block, so it's useless. Other than that, sure, it's a fridge, keeps your food cool, until it doesn't... and then you're left with food gone to waste and yet another headache to take care of.

Bosch really got it right with the efficent layout of the interior of this fridg. The icemaker is cranking out the cubes in high speed fashion. The water dispenser is a bit loud. The water and ice are located inside the fridge, not in the door. I like that arrangement.

Love the lighting and all the different compartments. The one star off is because the freezer is on the smaller side and doesn’t fit a whole lot.

I like this refrigerator because of its counter depth and roomiest inside. Like the water dispenser on the inside and it does not drip after removing glass cup. My old refrigerator had water and ice in the door and after a few years started to rust from the dripping of water. Lots of freezer space.

The whole process was excellent. Th salesperson was very good & the Dept. manager was great! We decided to upgrade from a GE which lasted only 2 years. We had several components replaced a then the freezer totally quit!

Fantastic Refrigerator!! Love the ice, the inside the fridge water dispenser, and all the flexibility with being able to customize the space to fit our needs.

Very quiet. We returned a GE because of its noise. The ice is good. Don't like having to open both top doors to use the left drawer. The shelves are solid, not cheesy like some other brands.
