Overall, an excellent fridge. Unbelievably quiet! It makes no sound at all except the ice dropping into the tray once in a while. Two issues: First, the right door does not glide easily shut, unlike other french door fridges I have owned (this is my 3rd). The door takes an extra nudge/push to shut. This takes some getting used to and seems to be a design flaw in an otherwise top-notch fridge. Second, the stainless steel surface reveals every smudge and fingerprint. It needs to be wiped down frequently. Bosch should improve the finish on this fridge

The refrigerator has clean lines, dual compressor technology at a great price, and the benefit of being counter-depth. It fit perfectly in our new kitchen. Overall very pleased with this purchase. Highly recommend.

We couldn't be happier with the pricing and performance of our Bosch-800 Series 21 Cu. Ft. French Door Counter-Depth Smart Refrigerator. The black stainless steel goes with our new 2-tone (black and siena) cabinets so well! Plus, the quality and security Bosch offers cannot be beat!

Great purchase for the price. Great product. Love all the sensors, its wide, its has plenty of drawers and space for everything, it occasionally makes a strange loud noise but otherwise fairly quiet. Love it. Best buy delivered it with a small dent in the front but quickly fixed and replaced the panel. Very courteous staff. Great service.

We bought this in our new home, it’s been 5 months and we love this fridge. It doesn’t have fancy water/ice dispenser (which we did not need) and that leaves lots of usable space inside. The doors have ample space too, you can easily fit 2 3-gallon milk cans there. Thanks to Bosch’s quality, the fresh produce lasts longer compared to our previous fridge. We love it in our kitchen.

Excellent fridge with well thought out design and practicality. This fridge is definitely worth it's price tag. Build quality is top notch and the black stainless on this unit is incredible to see, very high quality. The ice is amazing, love the little scoop... the water inside the fridge makes a positive difference that I did not see coming. Overall, very pleased with this fridge.

This was a great addition to my newly renovated small kitchen. Space was limited and a counter-depth was the perfect choice. I didn't want to waste the space having the ice and water on the outside of the door. This unit gives me LOTS of ice, and is roomier than one one think. Everything is within full view and things don't get lost and hidden like they do in a standard depth refrigerator. Lots of little extras!

Great Fridge. Seems well made. The only issue I see is the flex drool feels a bit flimsy otherwise well built.

Bosch continues to produce leading consumer products. My recent electrc bill shows 30% reduction in energy use. It is well designed, and while slightly inconvenient to get water and ice, by placing these mechanism fraught with jams and leaks inside makes the refrigerator a great buy.

LOVE this Frig! Thoughtful design that functions well. Cools evenly from top to bottom. The freezer compartment is perfect, with dividers and drawers that separate, allowing room for products without them being stacked. Highly recommend!! Would absolutely buy again!!

Love this Refrigerator ! We were a bit skeptical as this 21cf Bosch was replacing a 25cf side by side ..The Bosch makes use of all available space ,the water dispenser and the ice maker are just about invisible Everything in the fridge is right there no more digging in the back . Super quiet and keeps everything cold .
