My first fridge received was defective, but customer service responded fast to get me a new one especially since they carried none locally aside from the one I bought. The fridge itself is beautiful and space efficient since the water dispensary is inside but no need to worry about electricity since it has an eco mode and comes with a filter for the cabinets inside as well as the water (only removes choline taste).

All is well except the drinking water dispenser. It leaks. It won’t stop for two to five hours after filling a glass. Three tech visits said our house water pressure is the cause. Odd because the ice water valve does not leak. If it weren’t for this the refrigerator would be the best I’ve had. That covers GE, sub zero, Amana, and others I’ve had. But all of those had water dispensers, none of which leaked. Nothing in the Bosch ads mentioned to have low water pressure for the dispenser.

This fridge is really counter depth. So much narrower than other counter depth one so it look awesome in our kitchen I don’t like them sticking out. It’s also tall so uses all the space. So its capacity is great. I love the internal water dispenser works great no drip and fast. The ice makers is great. Shelf configuration works well and I like the bar that you can hang trays on. I would totally recommend this. It’s expensive but fitted our space so well. I also like the dual compressor so if part breaks you don’t lose everything.

Love it so far! I feel like the capacity is larger than my last refrigerator from a competitor. This is my first Bosch and I’m happy so far!

I’ve had the refrigerator for about two weeks. Very quiet running good storage on the shelves. Wish the door storage cabinets were a little deeper. Makes very small. Ice cubes which melt fast of course but overall very satisfied with the refrigerator.

Very happy with this purchase. Runs very quite, has more room inside than my last one.

I purchased an open box refrigerator. The only thing wrong was freezer door was missing a screw. After delivery I took off freezer handle, took the screw that was on other side to hardware store and for $1.49 for the new screw, works great! The refrigerator is a smaller than what I am used too, but I still like!

Had Kitchen Aid which fell apart and replaced with the Bosch 800. Beautiful fridge and works great so far. You can tell by the fit and finish that this is excellent German engineering.

We got this to replace a 15 yo Monogram. I am soooo happy with it! I hope you will be too. (We did have an issue with the install and needed one handle replaced. After going in a few circles to get to Bosch, they came out and it was corrected in 2 minutes.) So far, we are delighted.

Boy this thing can churn out the ice! Nice build and convenient shelf placements. Good lighting. Door pockets could use some adjustability but I can see why they don't. Handy water dispenser inside left door. Stainless not so fingerprint prone as some others we have. Quite happy with this unit. Replaced a 2005 GE Profile unit.

Second Bose Refrigerator. Both 800 series and both are amazing. I bought this one for my rental, even though it was a little more expensive. The tenant said it was the nicest refrigerator they have ever used. I like it for the dual compressors (?) and modern look. I have had no problems with them.

Very helpful service at the point of sale and great notification about the delivery process. The refrigerator works well and the whole process was seamless. A very good experience.

Bought in October 2020 and on January 2021 it stop working. Freezer thawed and now room temp. Temp on fridge says it’s working but it measures 60F. Called Bosch and after being on hold for nearly 2h I was given an appointment in 3w. Their excuse is the pandemic. When are companies going to stop using that as an excuse for bad customer service. DONT BUY A BOSCH FRIDGE. They are over engineered and impossible to fix without direct service from the company which you have to wait weeks for.
