Nothing particularly challenging about the installation. It’s super quiet, at least compared to our 15-year-old former dishwasher. The tines on the lower rack are very close together, which means relearning how to load in the dishes, but we’ll figure it out. The third rack on the top also makes it a little tricky to put in tall glasses which catch on it. The touch sensitive buttons are a bit of a pain because your hands have to be completely dry or they won’t work. I love it, but if I were to choose again, I might look for one with pressure buttons and a display on the front. It looks fabulous.

The dishwasher is very quiet and gets the dishes very, very clean. The small amount of water remaining on the bottoms of cups and glasses is easily wiped off before unloading.

I have had this for one month now. The dishes always comes out clean and I like all the features it has plus how quiet it is (plus that I can control it from my phone). The only thing I have against it, is that handles for the racks feels a little bit flimsy and the handle for the utensil rack keeps coming off.

Better than the GE one I had! Quiet and cleans the dishes much better.

This dishwasher has been a massive upgrade in our household. When our old dishwasher died, i wasn't sure what we would get next. Through all the research, Bosch seemed like the only way to go and of course I had to buy it through Best Buy. Their customer service and delivery was top notch and we had a fully functional and fully installed appliance in no time. Onto the performance....this dishwasher is a beast. The top 3rd utensil basket is a game changer and the fact that there is no exposed heating element allows for plastics to be put on the bottom row which is wonderful. I don't think there is another dishwasher at this price point that competes, and dont think there is anyplace other than Best Buy that you should purchase it from.

Dishwasher is very quiet and does a good job on cleaning and drying the dishes. Still adjusting to the utility tray and how best to load the dishes in the racks.

I love my new Bosch dishwasher. It is incredibly quiet. It is easy to operate with many options. The wash cycles and dry cycles are excellent. It cost a little more but is well worth it!! I would highly recommend this product.

Dishwasher is very good. Dishes are clean without pre-rinsing and dry nicely. Plastic also washes and dries very nicely. Ir is so quiet that you do not know it is running. Very pleased with purchase.

This dishwasher is the best! It is so quiet that I've forgotten it was on more than once. We've had it for over a year now, and there have been no issues.

Quiet, cleans very well, nice and simple appearance

I bought this to replace a KitchenAid model KDTM404KPS0 that broke down (partly my fault). I bought this after researching for the most reliable dishwashers. And it may be reliable, but I feel frustrated every time I use this dishwasher. I can't fit nearly as many dishes because the tines are angled in such a way that is hard to load the dishes I typically use. The 3rd rack is not as useful as it could be. I don't like how they force you to load eating utensils differently than every other machine out there. The app is confusing and not user-friendly - and I don't like that I have to use the app to get some of the features you want. Quiet? Yes. You can't hear it running at all. Does it dry dishes? Not any better than other machines I've used. That is one feature they tout heavily, but I still find water on plastic dishes. Reliable? Probably. But I would hate this machine every day of the 7-year warranty! I really tried to give this a chance, but am going back to the KitchenAid I love. It has the most useable 3rd rack that greatly increases how many dishes fit in the dishwasher. I would rather get my Kitchen Aid and buy the extended 5-year warranty. The Kitchen Aid cost $500 less than this machine - including the extended warranty. I am so glad Best Buy has a 15-day return policy!

We are very happy with this Dishwasher. It does a great job of cleaning, and it is so quiet you can't tell its running.

Using the machine for about a month now, extremely quiet, excellent cleaning and drying. Surprisingly excellent cleaning of silicone utensils and plastics. Love being able to program and start the machine while away. Very happy with purchase.

Excellent dishwasher. Had same one in the last house. New house came with popular brand but nothing compares to a Bosch in quietness, load capacity and cleaning power. And the Best Buy installers were fantastic!

Amazing dish washer, so quite I wasn’t sure it was actually working until I opened it at end of wash for cleanest / driest dishes I ever had.
