I find that bowls in the middle rack don't get fully clean. Also, the configuration of the middle rack makes it hard to fill without cups touching each other (and potentially breaking). The third (top) rack is not deep enough to hold a tea cup and it could hold a few bowls but they would need to be very, very shallow. Overall, the configuration is bad. But it seems that all of the machines have a third rack that cannot fit bowls. Why? The electronic settings are not working properly and I can only use the auto setting. It does not let me change the settings. Weird. And it runs for 2.5 hours but there is no display on the outside so it's hard to know when it will be done. That may make it looks sleek but to me it just makes it inconvenient.

Use Finish® Jet Dry® rinse aid to help dishes dry faster. *This doesn't have to be added for each cycle, you fill the reservoir then the dishwasher will indicate when the reservoir is empty and needs to be refilled.* 2. For everyday use, we recommend Auto Cycle, which is best for mixed loads of dishes with varying amounts of food soil. 3. Select special drying options like "Sanitize and Extra Dry". Sanitize operates at a higher temperature to help eliminate bacteria and enhance drying results. 4. When unloading clean dishes, pull out lower racks first to avoid dripping water from the upper rack. The first was sopping wet at end of cycle and didnt clean. Thinking it was a fluke based on positive rave reviews from others, best buy switched it out for another one. Same problem. i mean this dishwasher is SO BAD i am handwashing dishes. Glasses are cloudy and smeared and when i open the door at the end of the extremely long cycle (over 4 hours) there is SO MUCH WATER INSIDE, it SPLASHES OUT ONTO THE FLOOR and i have to get on my hands and knees to mop it up! this is "crystal dry" ? This is the 2024 model. Whatever they did to it, they ruined it. I have never in my life met such an awful dishwasher and i've had many. and for the PRICE! Now for this second one, as bad as the first, they are sending repair person out. if i had to wait around for repairmen i should have stuck with my old builders grade frigidaire which actually cleaned great.

However: Best Buy's (3rd party) installation (MasterPro) however isn't the best. I generally don't sit and watch the dishwasher for its 2hr 10 min cycle, so I didn't realize that the garbage disposal to airgap hook-up was incorrectly done - waste water is leaking out of the airgap due to a large kink in the hose! When I called BestBuy they stated I had to contact Bosch - who are correctly pointing the finger back at BestBuy.

So far it has ex exceeded my high expectations. Loading dishes is different, but we are figuring out how to maximize the space. And it is really quiet!
