Installation issues

The silverware container is too small and the installation the first time you scheduled it was a no call no show then I had to wait several weeks for a different company that Best Buy hired to install. It sat in my dining room for three weeks not good service Would probably not use Best Buy again because of the installation problems

I do not like the "start" tab that you have to push. I find it difficult since I have arthritis, and my husband has to do this instead. Otherwise, I do like the three levels.
