It gets our dishes super clean and with the auto wash, there is no guessing what cycle to put it on. Only issue we found was learning the new way to load a Bosch.

Definitely the best dishwasher i've ever owned! I looked up best dishwasher to get and the BOSCH 800 was the overwhelming result across multiple different opinions. However, I've had an issue with it not drying dishes completely. It could be user error though.

Although we are still learning about it there is some disappointments. The wine glasses and coffee mugs are not getting as clean as expected. But it is a very nice machine

Perhaps the old 800 model was quiet, but the latest model is loud in comparison. I bought this after reading all the rave reviews about being able to stand next to the dishwasher and not know it was on. With the latest model, you won’t experience that. You can hear it running from other rooms. You will know that it’s on. It cleans well, but I bought this model for the advertised quietness.

I am very disappointed with Best Buy and this entire process. I have called everyday the week of Jan. 5th, 2026. so, this is more of a rating on Best Buy and customer service. You cannot directly contact the store Your call is forwarded to their customer service hub. Product was supposed to be delivered/installed on Jan. 5th, 2026 and then postponed to Jan. 8th, 20216, and then postponed to Jan. 15th, 2026. Now I keep receiving rescheduling emails. Every time I put in Jan. 15th about 4-5 hrs. later I get another email. It's almost laughable how upset I am with this entire process and I am a Best Bu/ member whatever that means? About ready to cancel this whole thing.
