It builds up condensation and faults and won’t run properly until the machine dries out after a couple days. This is a common error on this machine according to all the complaints on Reddit. I threw away my samsung coz that was a slacker just to find out it dug up a hole in my pocket too. I heard so much about bosch and put my bet on this great expensive product but its been a great disappointment. I am trying to devise a time machine with this DW now to slap my old self for wasting my money.

Disappointed

But this time after many years of purchasing items from Best Buy and having them installing these items I was very disappointed. The installation crew arrived and looked around before starting to work. They were not able to communicate with me in English so the called their manage and put him on the phone to let me know what all they would be doing. We used their phone again later to translate a few questions. Once installed instead of walking me through the operation of this dishwasher they showed me that the light came on proving that it was working and they left. The next day I called Best Buy customer service to talk and after 29 minutes on hold, I move forward to the internet and down loaded the operation manual. I hope this is not the way of the future form a store a really like. In rating the dishwasher it works great on the basic cycle, I just do not know all of the other things it can do.

Delivery and Installation

The delivery people did not even get out of their vehicle and come to the door to knock. They called the phone number on file, which was in a meeting and unable to respond, so the delivery and install did not happen. Had to reschedule for next week. HORRIBLE!! Customer service.

Your dishwasher is designed to dry using the PureDry® condensation drying system. This is an energy-efficient, closed drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. This process works by heating the dishes with hot water during the final rinse. The cooler stainless steel pulls moisture from the dishes. The inside of the unit will be wet at the end of the cycle, but the dishes should be dry. It's important to note that plastics don’t retain heat as well as other dishware materials and don’t dry as well. To improve drying results, we recommend turning on the Intensive Drying feature. It is leaking from the top. Best Buy has advised that it's still under warranty so call the manufacturer. I can't get anyone at Bosch on phone and the soonest appointment for repair is October 4th 1 month from now.

Bosch 800 Dishwasher

First, it doesn’t dry well. Second, the racks are not designed right. Third, the washer is quiet but there’s a loud draining noise and it sounds like there’s water pouring out. So disappointed.

The controls are absolutely confusing and the scheduling feature on the app is confusing too. You never know when it's actually done and it leaves dishes wet. Never buying Bosch trash again.
