Love this dishwasher. It seems to work better if using the app. to control it. Love the third tray that holds flatter utensils and I need to adjust the top tray so iI can place taller glasses in there. You will have to set the drying part or the dishes don't come out all dry

LOVE IT, I purchased it after I had nothing but problems with my Kitchenaid dishwasher. The Bosch Washes dishes clean and sparkling. YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO USE 60 MINUTE WASH, INSTEAD OF 3-4 HOUR ON KITCHENAID. SO QUIET. RECOMMEND IT HIGHLY

While the price seems high for a dishwasher, this product excels at most everything. It is quiet, exceptional cleaning and does indeed even dry plastics. I* won't comment much on the racks as changing dishwashers always include getting used to different racks. Install was competent and professional.

Runs very quietly and cleans dishes well. The drying mechanism still leaves the chamber walls very wet -- not sure if this is a disadvantage or just something to get used to. There is no light or indicator for when a cycle is complete and the dishes inside are clean, a feature that I miss from my old dishwasher

I hesitated on Bosch b/c our prior dishwasher was a Bosch and it was so old and bad I figured they all would be. NOT SO! It's seriously soo good! I tested a lot of stuff to see if it lived up to it's name; I put spoons with crusty peanut butter on them in without rinsing, cups with dried on smoothies or chocolate milk, dirty, crusty cereal bowls in without rinsing. They all came out sparkling! The installer said the rinse aid is a MUST in order to not get spots on your glasses. It ACTUALLY dries PLASTICS! Kids bowls, tupperwares etc; I'm super impressed with the cleaning and drying power of this super quiet machine.

Hands down the best dishwasher I’ve ever owned and it’s not even close. If I could have all Bosch appliances I would in a heartbeat. I just wish I had bought one years ago. Even the tech that delivered it said they’re the best and pretty much everything else is junk in comparison. Worth every penny.

Looks great, quiet running, cleans great. Rinse cycle on home connect app is great, wish it was an option on the unit itself. Wish it dried a little better

If you want to get ripped off buy a Bosch dishwasher. I bought one and they sent me a letter stating that they needed to send a service repair man to my home. I asked them why every time and they would not tell me. My dishwasher was working like a champ. Quiet and you could not hear it on and the dishes came out clean. The repair man came to my residence and claimed he was fixing my dishwasher and I asked him would they send me registered letters to my home about the dishwasher. He, not Bosch would tell me that they dishwashers were burning down people's home and I had to find out on my own. Once the repair man left the dishes no longer came out clean so I called him back three times and my dishwasher no longer worked the way it once did. I called Bosch and they did not care. I asked them to replace the one that no longer worked for one that did. They refused. I am letting every one know how Bosch treats their once happy customer. So you too be mishandled and mistreated and ripped off, buy a Bosch.

Cleans and dries dishes well. Just have to figure out a good way to loaf it.

Meh. Historically, Bosch is a great brand, but I wish I would have done more research. The dishwasher has limited features on the actual machine, so you are forced to install an app on your phone to access features such as delayed start. Unnecessary extra steps for a basic feature that should be on the machine.

Cleans good. Very quiet. Looks great. It seems a little smaller compared to our old kitchen aide.

This dishwasher replaced a Samsung that honestly just wasn’t getting the job done. There was nothing wrong with the Samsung. It just left my dishes spots on them and never quite clean. That has all been resolved. The Bosch 800 series dishwasher is a life changer. It does an absolutely amazing job of cleaning.
