Still adjusting to the layout and settings as it’s pretty different from the KitchenAid brand I’ve used for 20+ years. In the first few weeks I’ve noticed plastic cups don’t dry all the way and some glassware and flatware don’t come clean. I’m trying to figure out if it's my error loading or using the wrong setting.

There is a level of understanding the controls and how to load it. Fortunately, there are many videos on YouTube that help. The third tray on top is very useful. The technicians that came to my home were very professional.
