The open box method always proves to be the best option when it comes to cost. This one wasn’t exactly “excellent” but the store made up for it in customer service.

It's nice looking and has many great features, but you have to be very tech-savvy to be able to use it. I have had this dishwasher for @ 6 mos and still don't know how to use it and program it. I tried to access a manual- not a QR code, and ended up with a 58 page booklet telling me how great the dishwasher was and all the wonderful things it does. Still, no idea how to access any of it. I have spent HOURS if not days in frustrating digital websites with no real advice as to how to access these features. Please- just a simple manual. I do not want to run my dishwasher from my phone. I want to push three buttons and was-lah, my dishes are clean! I bought Bosch because the dishwasher repair agent said it was the best. I would rather have paid the same amount of money to have my old dishwasher repaired! Nowhere can I find a simple explanation on how to make the "jet dry" feature light up. Nowhere can I find a guide or indicator to tell me if I need to refill the jet dry every day or if it is full. (I did see a video that showed that when you fill the jet dry compartment, the jet dry will spill and you should wipe up the excess with a paper towel. Seems rather wasteful to me. I wish I could say I am happy with this purchase, and I think I would be if I could activate the features or understand how it works without the use of my phone. Instead I am doing my dishes by hand just to avoid having to deal with the frustration of trying to run it! Literally, it has taken me less time to do my dishes by hand for months than it has trying to figure out how to use the dishwasher. If I could return it, I DEFINITELY WOULD. What's the use of a dishwasher that you can't operate without a phone and which raises your blood pressure every time you have to run it?!!!!? If I sound crazy, that's because this dishwasher has driven me crazy!

The dishwasher is great. I want to focus on the great service we had at Best Buy. We purchased it online, and went to Pueblo to pick it up. They were all ready for us, helped us load it up. The whole thing took about 10 minutes or less. Very happy with product and Best Buy.

Very pleased with Bosch dishwasher. Love the silverware slits on the top shelf. Also like the tilt capability of the middle shelf. Quick dry setting works very well.

the dishwasher showed a water leak the first time we used it. a bosch service repairman came out and said it was missing rubber sealant from manufacturing process. nobit will take another week to order replacenent. So our high end dishwasher has been unusable tge first month we have owned it. So much forca high end dishwasher. Apperntly very weak quality control process at Bosch.

I have never been in love with an appliance before but I am now. Installation guys were top notch too!

Very Pleased so far with our purchase. One small downer is that it has no indicator that the load is clean after washing.

Never would I buy a Bosch product again as they do not stand behind the garbage product they produce. The soap dispenser was not opening and therefore the machine would not complete the cycle and leaves a significant amount of water standing in the bottom of the machine. The soap dispenser was shortly out of the one-year warranty when this occurred. Replaced the soap dispenser with an OEM part (not purchased through Bosch) but that part failed within a year as well. In addition, the pump also needs to be replaced. This is a two-and-a half-year- old machine with major ongoing issues. Because the original part was not installed by one of their preferred installers, they will not take responsibility for the garbage they put out. DON'T waste your time with this brand.

Not drying well (surprise) even with the lava thing on. Bottom rack configuration not flexible, very cheaply made. if I haven't bough it from Best Buy, i would have assumed i got some cheap knock off prodct. but its real BOSCH which is cheaply made.

Don't buy this dishwasher........I bought an 800 series dishwasher. The first one that came was all wet inside and the drain hose was completely full of water. My installer said he had never encountered a new dishwasher before that had so much water. So I returned it. The second one had even more water inside. So I called BOSCH who told me that the residue of water inside resulted from testing the dishwasher. So I had it installed and tried the 1 hour cycle. After the wash, I opened it and all the dishes were very wet. So I called BOSCH again. They told me that the Crystal Dry option does not work with the 1 hour cycle. I am returning it and will buy another brand.

I loved the features of this dishwasher. Its connectivity, the wash cycles and options to choose from. Ultimately though, it doesn't dry well. We have to run it almost every night and no matter what combo of cycle we tried, there was always water in the unit, on the dishes, silverware, bowls, everywhere. If you don't mind having to wipe the dishes dry while unloading, this would be a fantastic appliance, but for us, that took too much time and negated why we wanted a new dishwasher in the first place, so we didn't have to dry by hand. Returned it and exchanged for different brand all together. Return and exchange went smooth.

Best advice I can give you: DON’T BUY FROM BESTBUY and definitely DON’T BUY BOSCH. Less than a month into buying this dishwasher, smelled like burnt electronics. Called best buy but it is after their 15 days policy and they don’t take it back. Called Bosch and of course, they know what they have built and don’t want it back. They asked me to call their service contractor and when the guy showed up, he said there is a leak and we need to wait for the part and then fix it. This is less than a month using it! I made it clear to bestbuy and Bosch that if anything happens to me and my family because of this defect, they are liable!

Not able to give a review because I don't even have it installed yet! Purchased this appliance on 12-16-23 and still not installed I have an appointment set (4th time) to try to get it installed so maybe after I actually have I can review it. Very disappointed.

Parts are falling off and the inside is poorly made, would not recommend! $1200....
