So far we are very pleased with the dishwasher! We are not to happy with the dish loading racks.

I bought this dishwasher for our church. The old one was way too noisy, so it was a relief to have a dishwasher that runs so quietly, so quietly one sometimes wonders if it is on and running.

Very good! I was happy I bought. Works great. I love it.

Ran the dishwasher through its cycles and the results were outstanding. The dishes were clean and dry at the end. I would definitely recommend this product to someone who is in need of a new dishwasher.

Extremely quiet, cleans dirty dishes without rinsing (like dried on oatmeal), drys well enough for no heating element which really means I won’t melt my plastic water bottles anymore! Worth every dollar!!

Replaced my old dishwasher which stopped working. Should have done this earlier - very quiet cycle with a smart red beam showing it’s on. Even the shortest cycle gives spotless plates, and glasses.

Our family is happy to have a working dishwasher with so much flexibility for arranging everything from silverware to glasses and mugs to dishes and bowls to pots and pans. The top/3rd level keeps the silverware apart to get each utensil clean. That leaves more room on the lowest level to add more dishes or pots and pans and such when we can take out the baskets. The last dishwasher did not allow for any adjustments, and the arrangements of the dividing supports limited what could be placed. And it went on the blitz just a few days after the end of the warranty. We hope that doesn't happen with this new dishwasher. So far, so good and so clean. We are pleased that the reviews were helpful in choosing the right dishwasher for us.

It is quiet, but wish more of the tines folded. Also like the read light showing it is running.... the LED time left running is pretty much useless because it is right under the counter top lip..... to read it you have to open it......

We have had this dishwasher over a month and could not be happier. It is by far the quietest dishwasher in my lifetime. Lots of adjustable areas and the top shelf is awesome for bigger utensils.

I can hardly tell its running most of the time. I love the fact that there are so many loading adjustments. Racks that lower in various ways, certain tines that can be folded, many choices for washing...

Really quiet and.. I love the red light indicator projected on the floor to let you know it’s on. I do not believe a dishwasher exists that drys plastic so I’ll live with that.

Silent!! As far as cleaning any better. Hard to tell. A few water spots, but the water out here in Palm Springs is pretty hard.....so I don't know. At least I know it will last forever. :)

Great and quiet dishwasher. Really like the three rack organization. Super quiet, I wouldn’t pay any more money for anything advertised as less quiet, it is essentially silent

very quiet sometimes have to select options more then once. , but drying is not that great.

I have had many different brands of dishwashers and none have been as quiet or efficient as this one.

I needed another dishwasher for my second home in PA and this seemed to be the best available. There is an odor if you don’t run it every day and as I’m basically alone I run it twice a week. Installation was not great

While it’s quite new, we have had no difficulties with it. Dishes sparkle. Got it open box and saved $300! Quality and a great price!Thanks Best Buy!

I have owned the new dishwasher for about one month and am satisfied with its ability to clean. It is very quiet and wouldn’t know it was running if not for the red light at the bottom. I like the flexibility when loading and also the third drawer for special items. The delay is also very handy. My only complaint (which I have read in some other reviews) is the smell...sometimes when I open the door an awful smell escapes. I have run the washer a couple of times this week due to more dirty dishes than usual, and didn’t notice the smell today. Maybe that is the key —- more frequent usage. Fingers crossed the smell is gone.

We’ve gone through 3 dishwashers already and so far this is the quietest. Performs well. Best Buy crew did well on the installation, very professional and knowledgeable.

I can’t believe how quiet this is compared to my old $300 dishwasher. Worth every dollar! Only way to tell it is on is by the redlight that it shines on the floor when on
