Shopped on line and viewed different brands, this is the right one for the price/

I did not see the difference when comparing this one with the one cost $200 more. This is an old model and it did not come with Myway Rack, which is recommended if you have odd shaped dish ware. And the Bosch manual is not easy to understand and confusing.

I am 50+ years old and have owned GE Profile, Whirlpool, Bosch and Miele DWs over my life, and this is the worst DW I have ever owned. It does not clean the dishes! I suspect a bad pump, but the Bosch service rep says it’s working fine. He recommended we preclean the dishes and run hot water in the sink to raise the water temp before starting the DW. He also said the DW we own only works well with “Finish” brand detergent and rinse agent. Say whaaaaatt? We don’t want to use Finish products. We expect much more from a $1000 DW (with installation). The poor performance and service from Bosch is sooooo disappointing. Maybe we have been lucky in the past, but this is our first DW that is virtually useless. Oh, and like others mention in reviews, it does not dry the dishes very well.

I expected the best when I bought a Bosch, but I was disappointed that many items did not come out clean. I changed out this dishwasher with a Kitchen Aid and like that better.

The reason for 3 star : During installation time I found out some parts were missing. I have to call 3 or 4 times to get the parts. Bosch Customer service is not great they should have listened to the customer and address the problem immediately.

The dishwasher is great when it works, however in a little over a year it had to be serviced three times. Each time we had to wait for two weeks for a technician and then some more for parts. Had good experience with Bosch products in the past, but very disappointed with this dishwasher. Considering buying a new dishwasher rather than spending $500 on fixing it.

Best Buy did nothing wrong here, it was all with the manufacturer. Picked up the unit at the store, it was wrapped up tight from the manufacturer, had to wait for someone to help me bring the unit up to the second floor. Opened up unit and sorted everything out and the most important part, the special electrical cord was not included. Instead of being normal, Bosch came up with this electrical cord that you wire your pigtail to, instead of wiring the pigtail to the unit, well they did not include it in my unit. Called Bosch and the best they could do was 6 days until I could get the missing part, the part that they forgot to put with the unit. Never again for Bosch, I understand that mistakes happen but you can next day air anything nowadays, unacceptable that I was told 6 days.

I purchased an open box item. I believe that Bosch makes superior dishwashers, but this one had a leak and I had to exchange it. I now have a brand new Samsung that I am very pleased with.

Don't love this dishwasher - it does not dry the dishes well

Holds more dishes, but doesn’t Dry as well even when we press the button for Extra Dry. Plus, around 2 hours plus for each load.

Works great! Wish I had bought non handle one though. Forgot about wash cloth drawer being in way.

It broke and we have a technician coming out to fix. Will not run. The error looks like some kind of leak. We have been without a dishwasher most of the summer.
