Bought this dishwasher a few years ago after my prior lasted almost 20 years. After only using once a week the motor needs replacing and the repairman suggested I buy a new dishwasher because the plastic parts Bosch uses will fail. Bosch support no help. Only want my original receipt even though I registered the product and they know I have it since they send me recall notices. Not reliable and way overpriced

All fiters clean, drain wide open, still will not complete a cycle. Less than 1 year old. Piece of junk. I thought I was buying a quality product. And for nearly $1000 for a dishwasher, should not have issues less than a year old. This thing is about in the garbage. Buyer beware!

It leaves grit and doesn't clean all the plates. The glasses are terribly cloudy. Pots and pans? Forget about it. I have to rinse items and wash items by hand, after they have gone through this dishwasher. I have to inspect items to see that they are clean. I have read the manual, done the troubleshooting, called the local Bosch representative for advice. I have cleaned the food trap, adjusted the settings per the manual. I have added special additive to detergent (at advice of local Bosch rep). Nothing works. Bosch has such a high rating and excellent reputation. I am very unhappy that my Bosch dishwasher is terrible. Can anyone offer help or guidance?

My dishwasher was installed last week. I love it! The Best Buy salesperson was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The installers were polite and efficient and they even brought a vacuum cleaner to ensure they left my kitchen spotless. The dishwasher does an excellent job and I am very pleased with this purchase. One warning: when the dishwashing cycle finishes, it makes three loud BEEPS. If, like me, you tend to turn the dishwasher on just before going to bed, you may want to disable this feature. It caught me by surprise the first time!

This dishwasher is great looking and works like a charm. And it's probably the quietest dishwasher I've ever own. Very impressed.

The best part was the easy install. Bosch has an electrical junction box that comes off the back. All connections: water, drain, power are routed before placing the machine in place; no more laying on the ground trying to connect the power at the front ! Machine is very quiet, feels well made.

After only three weeks of use our Bosch 800 is completely broken and will not function. It has been over a week since it broke and we still cannot get it fixed because the local repair shops Bosch contracts with cannot get the parts. Wondering why I paid almost $1,000 for a dishwasher after hand-washing dishes for a week. Do NOT recommend this product to anyone.

I have had this machine for about a month and I honestly regret buying it. The only reason I am giving it two stars is because it cleans the dishes very well. The specifications on this machine say is super quiet, but let me tell you, IT IS NOT. It is noisy, I can hear the the entire cycle from 20 feet away. You can hear a very LOUD Whooshing sound the entire time is washing. I understand a dishwasher has to make some noise, But I am starting to think mine is defective, is THAT loud.

Draining problems and electrical problems started in year 3 and continued through year 5. At that point, I just threw it away. Bosch customer support is not equipped to address lemons. I was met with a shrug of the shoulders response. Terrible experience with Bosch.

I bought the product brand new. It didn't have all of the parts. The manufacturer told me that I would have to buy the parts that should have been included. Will be returning this and never by anything bosch again.
