I hate it. Sadly, I spent a lot of money on an appliance I loathe. The bottom rack pegs are all at an angle. It's difficult to get plates in, especially ones with a curved edge. The upper rack hardly accommodates typical size drinking glasses. I've broken several, because the hit the upper rack and tip over. Poor design overall. I'm super disappointed.

AFTER WAITING I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT TO DELIVER UNTIL 3 WEEKS LATER. I COULD NOT WAIT BECAUSE I WOULD LIVE THE COUNTRY BEFORE THAT DATE AND I HAD TO CANCEL IT. SHAME ON BEST BUY

Did not work properly. Soap doesn’t clean dishes. Gets thrown in the handle. I thought this would have been great but no not at all. Now perhaps it is just the dishwasher I received because I heard these are the best dishwashers. I just haven’t had that experience (sadly)

Waiting for factory technician to come on April 5. Machine leaks water. Also error message 24 shows even after we did all we could following troubleshooting instructions.

Dishwasher was not operational upon installation. Error message displayed when a test run was initiated and the technician was unable to correct or reset.

Delivery took forever Came in dented on 3 sides Had to return

I would like to give a review bur you could not deliver it in a timely manner and u will not honor price match.

Used at least 4,380 times in the past 3 years (equivilant to 12 years of use). Keeps on ticking. Only starting to get problems with the control board and went through 3 pumps. Very satisfied with the performance. It does not have a heating element to dry so take that into account for plastics. Looking to buy another of the same model again due to the sheer amount of usage that machine took.

So it seems to clean well enough and is quiet, but... Two things...one horrible smell still haven't got ride of after 8 cycles. Two...it doesn't dry dishes...I ran it at 10:00pm, when I opened up dishwasher at 6:00am, still wet... I would definitely never buy Bosch again for dishwasher, stay with GE or Whirlpool

We were initially impressed with this washer's performance and quiet operation but unfortunately, after only five years of light use and regular preventative maintenance, the heating element has failed. I called both Bosch and a Bosch-approved repair service and the repair cost is very expensive. So, we’re probably looking at a new dishwasher. This is very disappointing as we went with Bosch partly because we expected high reliability and a long service life. Given this experience and Bosch’s 1-year warranty I’d suggest another brand.

I am giving this dishwasher one star for the noxious odor it emits whenever it completes a cycle. I bought it at the store a month ago and had it installed at our new house recently. I noticed the overpowering chemical smell after the first time I used it. I thought it would go away after repeated washings and even tried using the sterilize setting. But the smell is still here. I had an older model white Bosch before this one and it never had this noxious smell. I would love to exchange this model but I can't get help from anyone at Best Buy. No one ever returns my calls, and they're so short staffed at the appliance section that I can never get help there either.
