Issues- the dishwasher is constantly humid- the extra drying feature does nothing, there's no place for my tall glasses- all the spaces on the bottom are at an angle and my daily goblet style glasses just tip over, we added the jet dry day one but it still says add drying agent, nothing really dries- it's rusting up some my silverware and steakknives. It leaves plastics even more wet than the old dishwasher we replaced. It's quiet and that's the only thing it has going for it!

I bought this dishwasher approximately a year ago during our kitchen renovation. From the minute we first bought it we have constant problems with a terrible swampy odor that causes our dishes to be unusable. This happens every few washes and I have been unable to get any reasonable response from Bosch. They required me to have multiple repair attempts by their listed qualified appliance repair technicians and none can fix the problem. I am unable to use the dishwasher and Bosch tells me there is nothing they can do. If you look carefully you will see others have had this problem with similar unhelpful responses from Bosch. I will never buy a Bosch product again!

Extremely quiet. Washes dishes, pots, silverware and crystal well. Major drawback is poor drying even using the Extra Dry cycle. Seems dishwasher has no way to vent the steam of the final rinse cycle. The only way to get adequate drying (so necessary to prevent watermarking of crystal and other glass) is to open the door after finish of complete cycle to allow moist air to escape.

This was a very expensive purchase, not worth the money. Very quiet which is nice. The dishes are never dry always wet I have to towel dry them. I see other people have made similar complaints and say they have to leave door open to dry them!! I rinse my dishes well prior to putting them in dishwasher, they do not come out clean.. I use recommended detergent and rinse agent also. I paid 1000 dollars for what I thought was a superior product. Such a waste of money for a dishwasher that doesn't CLEAN or DRY

Gets dishes clean, but leaves them wet. I have tried every setting, but still wet. I run the dishwasher at night, next morning I open the door, pull out bottom tray, turn on a fan and let it blow across dishes until dry. First dishwasher I have ever owned that doesn't completely dry the dishes.

It has all the features such as 3 racks, stainless steel and quiet (39dB). It broke down after 3 years of light use. Bad quality. In addition Best Buy installation is lousy. Did not trim disposal hose. Lifted the dishwasher by the door that caused detergent leak. Not happy at all. It has been a very lousy experience.

The term "Condensation Drying" is a fancy way to say that it doesn't dry at all. Use all the setting it recommends and after a 3+ hour cycle, the dishes are still dripping wet. Let it set over night and the dishes are still dripping wet. I contacted their customer service line to see if they would buy it back from me after a few weeks. They refused. Then if you leave a bad review on their website they "Moderate" it. In other words they remove it so all you can see are happy reviews. Terrible dishwasher, terrible company. Getting a Kitchen Aid as soon as I can afford to swap out this piece of junk.

I thought I was upgrading my dishwasher by buying this but I was wrong. It takes longer to wash and the dishes come out wet. My old machine, I would turn off the dry cycle and the dishes still came out dryer than this piece of metal. I regret buying this thing.

Dishwasher seem to be working good. However, the installation by BestBuy crew is worst ... They did not install the appliance properly. It was not leveled properly and when I open the dishwasher rack, it is falling ... they did not secure / screw the dishwasher properly. Called the installation company (XPO) and BestBuy help center 4 times and got bounced between various people and wasted 5 hours ... they would be sending another crew next week to fix the problem NOT ACCEPTABLE. Will not recommend BestBuy installation for any appliances.

I love my dishwasher however unit started to rust on the door from outside and sides. My geek protection plan said they don’t cover that. Very poor quality of Bosch...
