Buttons must be pushed multiple times (4 to 15 times) to get the machine to turn on. The first time it was used, a plastic container on top of the counter became so hot, it stuck to the countertop. To avoid damage to the countertop, we now open the cabinet doors on each side of it to release the heat coming from the machine the entire time it runs. Doubting the quality of the insulation of the machine. The book states the cycle should take 130 to 135 minutes. The timer immediately sets at 145 minutes. Greatly regret this purchase.

One thing that is bothering us is that it is not always cleaning off all the food on some plates. I am going to contact the store and see if this is part of the break in period or if this is a dishwasher problem.
