It takes over two hours to wash a load of dishes..

Two stars because it cleans the dishes well but the rack sucks. Dishes don’t fit well in the rack. Glasses and bowls are always falling over

It is really a quiet machine, you cab just here the sound of draining water. it has a great week ness "it leaves the dishes wet".

Well, let’s see - installed on 12/21/2017 and error code E-24 on 1/1/2018. I have tried everything to fix so now must wait 5 days for Best Buy to get a repair person here. My wife is mad at both Bosch and Best Buy - both have lost our future sales.

We are extremely happy with the purchase of this model. It is very quiet, sleek looking, energy efficient, and very adaptable to our needs. LOVE the 3rd rack! It fits more items than I expected. We prefer placing the silverware in the 3rd rack versus the basket, thus freeing up even more space in the bottom rack since we removed the silverware basket. Didn't think I would utilize the adjustable racks, but we frequently do, love this feature. Some reviews state Bosch dishwasher's don't fit American size dishes-nonsense. I see no issues with plates fitting. Also, like the stainless steel tub. I would highly recommend purchasing this item. This will be our 4th dishwasher in 12 years, we decided to spend the extra money to purchase a higher quality product, and thus far, we feel we made an excellent purchase.

When it works, it’s great. It’s very quiet, cleans and drys well and is efficient. Unfortunately it’s not been the most reliable appliance, which is very unusual in my experience with Bosch products. We’ve experienced drainage issues every few months - 4 to 5 times a year. Not always the same issue, but consistent with drainage.

The machine cleans very well. Much better than our old dishwasher. Cons are that there is too much room for utensils vs. dishes and pots and pans. There is a very large utensil bin on the bottom shelf AND a third drawer for cutlery. For now, we have removed the utensil bin on the bottom shelf to make more room for larger pots and pans. The good thing is that it is flexible in that way. Still not sure if I like the 3rd drawer for utensils. It does save bending over to put them in and empty, but it is a bit fussy to place utensils in there as there is very little space for height. Again, I guess it is good that they made it flexible, so we can take out that shelf if we want to have more room for dishes. Last thing... the tines on the bottom shelf are placed in a way that is not very flexible for placing dishes. They are at too sharp of an angle, which makes it hard to place anything but plates. There also seem to be more tines than necessary. I actually like that it does not have heated drying, which seems like a waste of energy and hard on dishes.

Doesn’t dry, barely cleans. Would not recommend this.

I really like how easy it is to use, does a really nice job cleaning my dishes, very quiet.

Like the third rack. Sometimes have to adjust second rack down for tall cups. Very quiet--have to work to listen if on. If you open while in cycle you have to hit start for it to continue.

The dishwasher is very quiet, and cleans well. The only problem I have with it is that the stainless in the front on the corners is rusting. I'm not sure if I would buy this brand in stainless again because of that.

This machine cleans and dries well. What I really don't like about it is the bottom rack. It is very poorly designed with only two fold down tine sections, not even complete rows. I cannot get anywhere near as many dishes, pots etc in as I did on my old machine where you could fold down every row if necessary. Bad!

I bought this on the recommendation of both my sister and a good friend who both have older models and love their Bosch. I knew it didn't have a water heater but since we rinse with hot water I didn't think that would be a problem. Wrong! Our water heater is a long way from the kitchen and since the dishwasher doesn't fill with water for a few minutes after starting the water gets cold again so you have to keep the hot water flowing. A big waste! I've had the dishwasher about 4 months now and use only the recommended Finish and Jet Dry. Sometimes the Finish packet won't even melt to wash dishes and I find the whole packet in the catch pocket at the end of the cycle and my dishes aren't clean. The tub is small and I can't wash as many dishes as my old machine. However, I do use the 3rd rack for small things. I didn't expect to use it at all. The one good thing I can say about it is that it is extremely quiet.

Absolutely love this dishwasher. First time purchasing a Bosch product. It cleans my dishes. Sometimes prewash is needed if your kids use ketchup and don't rise it off.

I really didn't like how the racks loaded especially as it pertains to loading glasses. There was an unpleasant odor in the dishwasher even when it was clean, empty, and dry.

The dishwasher arrived as promised, and fortunately we ordered installation, too. The installer immediately saw that it would not work, because this dishwasher has a very limited drain hose length (something like 3 feet). It seems that it really only works if the dishwasher is right next to your sink. Ours is only 1 cabinet away, but that was too far. The quiet pump apparently doesn't have the power for a longer hose. BestBuy handled it well, so it only cost us an extra few days without a functioning dishwasher, but I wanted to save others from making this mistake.

We purchased a Bosch 800 series on 2/13, it is now giving an E:24 error code. I contacted Bosch and they said that only happens after years of use it’s a broken drain pump. I’m beyond disgusted because this dishwasher is obviously a lemon to have such a major problem after a month of use. Bosch advised to switch out for a new one with Best Buy. Called Best Buy to have it switched out, but it’s 12 Days past the return date. No help whatsoever on our nearly $900 purchase, not to mention we also purchased a $900 Dryer two weeks ago too. I could understand if this was a year after we purchased but it didn’t even last 6 weeks!!! If this is how Best Buy treats customers, then I will NEVER purchase another item from them again. Bosch offered to repair next week, but I don’t want some patched up dishwasher. I could have repaired my old one, but wanted a new one that would last so I wouldn’t have to deal with repairs. Now I’m out of a dishwasher with Easter company coming over and I cook a lot it’s going to be a huge pain in the rear to hand wash all these stinking dishes AFTER spending $900 on a new dishwasher.

We have owned at least 15 dishwashers over the past 50 years; including Kitchen Aid, Whirlpool, Kenmore, and others. The Bosch is the quietest one we have ever had. It also does the worst job of producing clean dishes. Food particles removed from the dishes end up displayed on the supposedly cleaned dishes. We have tried daily cleaning of the screen and have used the most expensive of the Finish products for detergents and spot removal. The machine is truly a $900 disappointment.

In less than 2 months, there is pitting and rust in the door. Bosch gives a whole 30 day warrantee on "cosmetic defects". The truth is that they use very cheap metal on even their upper end appliances. Don't believe me, bring a magnet and test it before you buy. Best Buy sales people know this, but they will let you get conned.
