This is by far the quietest dishwasher that I have owned, and it does a great job cleaning dishes. The only drawback is that it doesn't dry as well as some others, but I just open when done and turn over any glasses or lids that may have a puddle of water and all is good.

We like the new Bosch dishwasher; it is very quiet and seems to have some water savings programs. The three level trays seem like a great convenience but we are still learning to stack the dishes satisfactorily in the dish washer. Its not as easy as our old Bosch, maybe we will decide its better in a couple of weeks.

This dishwasher is not only attractive it’s also extremely quiet. When first using it we didn’t think it was running but it was. Also, it doesn’t require rinsing the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher, just scrape. Overall I would highly recommend this dishwasher.

This machine cleans better than any other that I have had, but I'm not a fan of the lack of a heating coil. We have a lot of plastic since we have kids and they are always still wet. I have to take them out and put them on a drying rack. But it is quiet and it cleans really well.

This dishwasher is very quiet. Seems to be more spacious inside. I use the 60 speed program most of the time. Who needs their dishes washing more than 1hr. Very happy with this dishwasher. Installed by Best Buy Agents who were very professional.

We can barely hear it when on. Does a great job on even tough food residue like dried on spaghetti sauce. We're very satisfied after about 3 weeks of use and would recommend this dishwasher. It's not inexpensive but hopefully it will be durable

This dishwasher is soooo quiet you might wonder if it is on or not. You have to understand that it is a European style of energy saving machine with no heated drying cycle and consumes little electricity. Have to use jet dry with load for good drying.

This dishwasher gets the dishes really clean, and it’s relatively quite. Loading the dishes seem to be a bit of a challenge, the dish holder spaces really do not load evenly if it’s not a flat dish (eg. bowls), but maybe I’ll figure out a better loading system then I have now.

Materials seem very durable. Fits any need I might desire in a dishwasher. Nice and quiet.

The Bosch 800 runs very quiet. Every dish comes out clean and dry - even plastic containers. It has saved me a lot of time because I no longer have to pre-wash dishes before loading them into the dishwasher or hand dry them before putting them away. I love my Bosch!

Love this dishwasher as it is so quiet and the loading options are many. This unit like most other good dishwashers now does not have a drying coil inside to bake off the water. We use a cup to prop open the door slightly after the cycle is done and just wait a few hours most of the time. If in a hurry I will get out the dish drying mat for the hand wash items and put the wet items on it for drying. We have not had any of the odor issues others have mentioned. We do, however, after being taught many years ago to never run your dishwasher outlet into the food waste disposal "dishwasher drain hookup" because of corrosive issues, we have the drain tee'd into the drain the "proper" way. This may have prevented the issues other have complained about on accident.

I am very pleased with my new Bosch dishwasher. It is VERY quite, cleans great - don't even need to rinse dishes before loading - even though dishes usually sit in the dishwasher between 1 and 3 days before running it. The filter is easy to clean as well.

This Bosch dishwasher is great. It is so quiet we can not tell when it's running! Does a great job aof cleaning the dishes and pots. This is our third bosch and won't buy anything else.

The Bosch is a quality machine...very quiet, controls easy to use...it was between this model and the GE Profile...same price, but free installation on the Bosch sealed the deal! Very happy with our purchase and installation, which was done on time.

This is an incredible dishwasher. After years of having dirty, soiled dishes, this dishwasher just works. It's also incredibly quiet and peaceful. I could not be happier.

We purchased after scouring Consumer Reports and dissecting the Bosch catalog... so, our expectations were possibly too high. Is it perfect? No. Does it defy the laws of physics? No. Does it do a really solid job? Yes. Would I recommend it to others? Yes, but make sure you understand all the options (there are a lot of them) and get the one with the right mix. Buying a dishwasher is a lot like buying a car, there are tons of options, each with its own price tag – the bells and whistles add up – and if you need something in a hurry, they probably won’t have exactly what you want in stock...

This replaces 2 Bosch dishdrawers that were not reliable. The Bosch is very quiet, cleans very well and holds a LOT of dishes. We're very happy with it.

pros: quite, good built quality, functional, good capacity, nice looks/feature cons: poor drying ability on the top rack items, sometimes leaves soap on the top rack. replaced this product with previous Bosch (ran for over 15 yrs)

As advertised, this dishwasher is much quieter than the one we replaced and so far has effectively cleaned everything. One surprise was that Bosch do not recommend liquid detergent which we have always used, now we buy tablets.
