This is my 3rd bosch dishwasher and this one disappoints. It is difficult to open and difficult to use the controls. Bosch did not meet their standards on this unit. Which we could return it if we could...But were living with it.

On December 31, Best Buy allowed me to purchase the unit and book the service for installation and haul-away for January 2nd. I asked twice, and the salesperson in the appliance department assured me it was available. On the morning of the installation, I received a call from the third-party doing the installation informing me that the unit wouldn't be available, and the service would have to be rescheduled. The earliest date they could then honor was an entire week later, January 9th. And they were no longer able to have the installation vendor also haul away the old unit, it would have to be the following day. On the day of the installation, things went smoothly. Except the install vendor took the old unit, so I had to contact Geek Squad to inform them to cancel the haul away portion of the order. That took several calls because they didn't cancel the first time, they rescheduled it to the following Monday for some reason. Also, the phone contact with Geek Squad is terrible. Despite providing all of my account information and a rundown of the situation to the first rep, they don't transfer the info when they transfer the call. So I had to repeat myself every time I contacted Geek Squad about this order.

Perfect match for my kitchen needs. The color is a good match and it has all the functionality needed. A bit higher than expected on the noise level (still very quiet).

Looks beautiful and works fantastic! We have a baby so we go through a lot of bottles every day so we run it a lot. Its quite and the sanatize feature is awesome!

What can you say, it's a Bosch! Pros Beautiful look to fit any kitchen Super quiet Red LED indicator that projects a red dot on the floor to alert the unit is in use Lots of space for big loads, pots, pans, etc. Cons Pricey (but you get what you pay for!)

Does a good job cleaning and drying dishes for the most part. We bought a Bosch dishwasher because we had issues with an LG that we owned for only 3.5 years. When we remodeled our kitchen, we chose Bosch based on the reputation of the brand. At first, we noticed the lid for the detergent holder was not consistently opening during washings. If it did open, it would often leave a portion of the pod stuck in the space. That was mildly irritating, but I figured we might need to try a liquid detergent. We bought the dishwasher in December 2022, but have only been using the dishwasher since April 2023 when our remodel was complete. It's now mid-October 2023 and we noticed it was leaking onto our brand-new hardwood floor last night. The leak was coming from the opposite side of where plumbing is connected and seems to be a side seal. This is so disappointing! All we want is a dishwasher that works! We did have the dishwasher installed by a licensed plumber and it was working well until last night but working for only 6 months is nothing to cheer about.

Works great, but needs more attention than older models. Filter and drain need to be rinsed/cleaned about every other week, and dishwasher cleaner tablets about the same.

So happy I went with this dishwasher. You never know it on it’s so quiet. The quality of the wash and drying of this machine is worth the money. The black stainless never get fingerprints on it, and it looks so rich and smart. Glad I went with it I hate when you see marks and finger prints all over stainless. Now I’m not constantly wiping it. It always looks good!
