However, when we fill glasses we have taken out of the dishwasher with water, we get tiny bubbles. We have to rinse them several times. We hope the bubbles are not caused by the crystal clear chemicals because that could be harmful.

Did hours of research to land on this bosch 800 series with crystal dry and top touch buttons. I bought it on sept 15, think I got it sept 30. I was getting my kitchen built and there were delays so they didn't unpack and install my new dishwasher until mid December. I have now run it 3 times. The 1st time it was full of soap after cycle. Then the hinge on door is creaking and clicking with every open and closing of the door. The top rack is a pointless joke. The middle rack won't fit all my cups because theure not tiny and short. The bottom won't hold my dinner plates so I had to buy a new set of plates. I use finish quantum pods and jetdry rinse aid and the dishes come out with white crusting dried soap looking residue. My cats refuse to eat or drink out of their bowls after they were in this piece of junk. The buttons take me at least 10 to 15 times to press on or off button. The sanitize mode ruined two of my plastics by melting them. Basically, this machine IS TERRIBLE, but because its beyond the 15 day return policy i cant get my money back and buy a different brand with different tines, more height and space inside, and buttons that work. I hate it so so much!!! I'd love my money back!

I have run self cleaning, I have cleaned the filter multiple times, The issue is the filter basked retains water and since I don't run it daily, the water gets stale and starts to mold.

For any smell, you can try running a vinegar wash: Run an empty cycle, except for a cereal bowl on the upper rack, upright. Inside the bowl, you're going to put 8oz of white distilled vinegar and run the AUTO cycle. Once the cycle finishes, the smell should go away. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please contact our customer service team at 800-944-2904.

Unit is as silent as they come and cleans and dries super well.
