I had to wipe down the inside as well as the utensils. Did not know this about this brand.

Use Finish® JetDry® rinse aid to help dishes dry faster. 2. For everyday use, we recommend Auto Cycle, which is best for mixed loads of dishes with varying amounts of food soil. 3. Use the CrystalDry option. Our Patented CrystalDry™ technology uses natural minerals to collect moisture and transform it into heat, up to 176°F. The hot air is circulated throughout the tub to dry dishes, and even plastics, for the ultimate dry. 4. Turn on Intensive Drying in the settings. Instructions to turn on this setting can be found on page 38 of your Use & Care manual. Also, select special drying options like "Sanitize and Extra Dry". Sanitize operates at a higher temperature to help eliminate bacteria and enhance drying results. Extra Dry delivers enhanced drying results. 5. When unloading clean dishes, pull out lower racks first to avoid dripping water from the upper rack. If these tips do not help improve drying, please contact our Customer Support team at 1-800-944-2904 for additional assistance. Thank you.

The first Dishwasher delivered and installed by Best Buy did not work . We had to make a service call. They could not fix it , so they ordered a new unit which has been working fine. All of these added about 4 weeks without a working dishwasher. 2. The filling of the Rinse Aid dispenser is difficult. It is easy to spill. 3. We feel that a User Manual should be delivered with the unit. The Quick Start Guide is too brief for such a complex machine.

If only the top, where the keypad is located, did not crack and break within the first month of use, I would have given this a five star review. For the cost of this appliance, it should be years before an upset like this occurs. Unfortunatley, I am passed my return window for this product, which is very disappointing. Consider a diffrent brand or a diffrent model.

Dont get me wrong it cleans beautifully but has a severe design flaw with the bottom rack! every time we load dishes in the second rack, once it cleans and we open and pull on the rack to unload, EVERYTIME the rack is off the railing and we have to lift and place back on the rail to pull out. This is areal pain in the butt! why would Bosch design the bottom rack to not withstand the weight of dishes on the bottom rack? we have tried loading differently and placed the larger plates up front and the smaller ones in the back to see if that helps- NOPE! still falls off the rail.. very very disappointing! I thought that this was a luxury dishwasher! beware anyone who is older and lacks upper body strength because you will need help placing the bottom rack on the rail ! I am wondering if i can return this item.
